Hotel Lindenhof by Crossworld AG

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Lindenhof. The location is absolutely brilliant—beautifully situated and extremely convenient, especially with Lake Brienz and the station so close by. One of the things we really appreciated was the shuttle service provided for check-in and check-out, which made the arrival and departure completely hassle-free. The stay was comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Overall, a lovely place to stay, especially if you want a great location and easy access to Lake Brienz and the surrounding areas. We would happily recommend it.

We had a beautiful sunny room with a view overlooking the lake & their beautiful gardens. The accommodation was very comfortable & I loved the chalet style lodgings with the natural wood. It felt very Swiss! The breakfast was great! We enjoyed use of the pool. I was very surprised by how lovely this property was, as we didn’t have very high expectations but it was really lovely! Brienz is also a really beautiful town and we loved it there!

The only thing we didn’t like was lugging our suitcases up a huge hill from the station. We learned from the lady at reception that there is a shuttle that could come pick us up. It would have been great to know that in advance - because it was a slog!

The room we had was beautifully designed and spacious and included a lake view with hot pot. It was a gorgeous facility everywhere you went and the breakfast was nice. There was a cute playground right off the breakfast room too which was nice for kids.

We stayed with our 1 year old and so didn't get to fully take advantage of all this hotel had to offer including the pool and sauna and restaurant sadly. It would be a lovely stay for a couples getaway. I also wasn't aware I could get a shuttle to the hotel on the way in so we walked with all of our stuff which was a bummer. The hot pot was more luke warm but I think that's what it's supposed to be, it's not a traditional hot tub I don't think. Also the air conditioning is really just two fans but the nights were cool enough that it was easy to open a window and turn the fan on to cool the room for the night before closing windows.

I liked the view from the room and the balcony. The room was clean and the property was properly maintained.

The staff was too rude. Except joy the reception staff. No one was cordial in there interaction. They kept frown faces constantly ..especially the breakfast staff seemed constantly irritated and never exchanged any greetings. That was too bad.we don’t pay to get worst experiences .
