The hotel is clean and well equipped. Location is a bit remote but easily accessible by buses which run frequently. The reception staff is helpful
Housekeeping. Some mussing items in the room. We told the reception in person and asked for replenishment but they never come

The decor, the lounge area. Loved the security system for the lifts - made me feel safe.
No oatmilk, so couldn't have much needed cup of coffee when we arrived. Still none in the morning, so no coffee for breakfast. Also, the mattresses were like sleeping on slabs of cement. The only reason I slept for half the night was because I was exhausted. I the night and morning- very sore joints.

Nice room.
Big bed, very comfortable.
Staff were not the best.
Scottish teams taking up the dining room so we couldn't have lunch.
Our room wasn't made up twice during our stay.
Went down for breakfast one morning at 9.45 and everything had been packed up even though we were told it's available until 11 am.
