Location, size and very comfortable.

Some road noise, storage space for medium-longer trips.

Comfortable bed and a good shower

The ceiling was low because it was in the roof space, the toilet blocked easily and we could hear snoring from another room. Also the hall is very echoey with noisy neighbours coming in at 2 am

The location in the heart of the old city. The room and the bathroom is spacious The authentic feel and original character of the building. We liked the gentle sounds coming from La Tupina every night

By contrast to the overall size there was virtually no space to hang up our clothes. The fridge was not properly mounted. To a lesser degree the TV stations did not work on the TV. A litter bin would be nice to have in the room The noise from the nearby Assonance festival was mildly annoying, but the shutters provided enough accoustic insulation

The room was spacious enough. The shower was good. There is a fridge.

The restaurant below & street noise was barely tolerable, beware. We hardly slept Saturday night. Room was barely clean, don’t look closely at the walls and flooring and there was a bad smell in the shower/sink room. The shampoo and hand soap were empty, no dish soap provided. First floor means 2nd floor, no lift. You get 2 coffee pods, 2 towels and no check in from property management. For the cost, you’ll get more value staying almost anywhere else. Neighbourhood at night is sketchy.
