A great hotel! Spacious room, very clean, stylish and very friendly staff.

Super nice staff, clean and nice property. Loved the coffee machine in the room.

The bed was little to stiff for me

The breakfast was very good. Huge selection with multiple options. Multiple charging ports. Double size bed instead of single beds. TV had Netflix and chrome cast. A good number of shops and eateries within immediate walking distance. The train line is very near. Good room size. Comfortable bed.

The swimming pool was excellent. The food was excellent. The staff were very polite. The internet speed was good.

1. Most frustrating of all: we had ordered a crib for our 5-month-old baby. It was on the booking, and a staff member also confirmed in chat that it would be provided, but it was never brought to the room. 2. Parking in the underground garage is very difficult if you drive a BMW X5, X7, or any other car of that size. It would be better to keep the outdoor spaces near the hotel available, instead of sending guests into the garage, where it can take about 20 minutes of tight maneuvering to turn the car around. That was disappointing, because other hotels such as the Titanic and the Maritim have much better underground parking, with plenty of room to turn. 3. We booked a family room for two adults and three children for two nights. Saturday was a public holiday and almost everything outside was closed. I would have expected a bottle of water for each person, not two small bottles of still water for the whole family. The hotel could add €5–10 to the stay and provide enough water, or put a water cooler on every floor. 4. The bathroom renovation was poor. The bathroom and toilet doors were installed unevenly, and when closed they leave a gap at an angle of about 20–25 degrees. In the toilet, the switch neither turns the light on nor off, because there is only a dim light from above. The bathroom and toilet floors are not tiled, and the renovation looks cheap. The room walls are plasterboard and have many streaks and marks. 5. The TV looked about 15 years old. The volume seemed to run through the room’s central ceiling system, and even at level 45 we could barely hear the stream. The TV was not usable. 6. For the first time, I had to order slippers and a bathrobe, because they were not in the room. 7. The room also had none of the usual information: no menu, no reception phone numbers, no hotel information, no dining-room or swimming-pool hours, and no emergency brochure. The minibar was completely empty.
