Amenities

The 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor offers 68 square meters of living space and is comfortably furnished for a wonderful family vacation for up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
From the living area, which features a TV with satellite and Wi-Fi as well as a DAB radio, you can access both the furnished south-facing terrace and the second furnished terrace facing east, where you can enjoy sun-drenched hours throughout the day.
There is also an open-concept kitchen with a very well-equipped kitchenette and an adjacent dining area.
Two separate bedrooms are available: One features a comfortable double bed with a closet and another flat-screen TV, while the other has two single beds.
The apartment also includes a bathroom with a window and a shower/toilet, as well as an additional guest restroom.
Due to its width, the underground parking space included with the apartment is only suitable for larger vehicles to a limited extent. Alternatively, a paid large-vehicle parking lot is available just about 300 m away (currently about €8.50 per day)

The building’s elevator takes you to any floor you wish. In the laundry room in the building’s basement, there is a washing machine and dryer for the apartment, which you are welcome to use free of charge. A safe for your valuables is available. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies.

This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the bicycles and handcart provided if they are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The bicycles and the handcart are offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including bed linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
