This Scandinavian-style townhouse, which was partially renovated and refurnished in May 2024, invites you to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation with family or friends right on the Baltic Sea. Spanning three floors, the house offers ample space for four people plus a toddler.
Features
The tastefully furnished rooms of this middle townhouse, with a total area of 69 square meters, are spread across three levels. Emphasis was placed on a cohesive design concept, so that each floor reflects the colors of the Baltic Sea beach: sandy beige on the first floor, the pale green of the dune grass on the first floor, and the blue of the sky in the attic. This beautifully designed house, with its family-friendly amenities, guarantees a pleasant stay even in bad weather.
The first floor features a kitchen that is very well equipped with high-quality appliances and all necessary accessories. Adjacent to it is the open-concept living area with a cozy dining area and a 4-person sofa. In addition to the 43-inch flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi, you’ll also find a retro Xbox with numerous games and a reading nook.
The first floor also features the entryway with a coat closet and the guest restroom with a window.
On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed (two box spring modules, each 80 x 200 cm), a spacious closet, a matching dresser, and a TV with exclusive access to streaming services. (Netflix [&] Co.).
The spacious, family-friendly bathroom on this floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, a large sink, a bathtub, and a toilet. The washing machine can be used free of charge, and a hair dryer is also available here. A window makes it easy to air out the room.
On the second floor, accessible via a wooden staircase with a railing, there is another bedroom with two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm). The built-in bench provides a comfortable spot to relax here even during the day. On the loft area in front of it stands a large wardrobe with a matching dresser.
A children’s travel bed with a mattress, a stair gate, and a high chair are available for guests on a storage platform.
The furnished southwest-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, is surrounded by a wooden fence with greenery and offers protection from the wind and prying eyes. A gate here also provides access to the sheltered driveway and parking area. The terrace is equipped with a 5-piece seating set for outdoor dining as well as a 2-piece seating set. There is also a large umbrella and a storage box with cushions for all seating areas.
Special Features
For small children, this family-friendly, non-smoking accommodation provides a high chair, a travel crib with a mattress, and a stair gate. The bedroom on the first floor, the living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom are equipped with exterior shutters, while the bedroom on the second floor has an insulated interior roller shade. Numerous mystery novels and board games provide entertainment. The patio is protected by a wooden fence with greenery and a gate.

Bicycles

In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Tourist tax—the tourist tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to the tourist tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
