This cozy 2-roomvacation apartment on the first floor offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests in its approximately 60 m² and is the ideal starting point for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach the fine sandy beach, the town center, restaurants, and shopping areas on foot.
The bright living and dining area invites you to relax with its comfortable seating area and a TV. A sleeper sofa is available as an additional sleeping option for the third and fourth guests.
From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and wind down at the end of a relaxing day.
The open kitchen blends seamlessly into the living area and is fully equipped. This includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and other kitchen utensils to make self-catering easy. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet, ensuring restful nights.
The inviting bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine.
Arriving by Car
Please note that there is no parking available directly at the house. There are public parking options in the area, e.g., directly on Dünenweg (for a fee), a large parking lot on Kastanienallee (approx. 700 m away; current daily rate: €8.50), and free parking near the sports complex (approx. 1.7 km away).
Special Features

This is a non-smoking apartment. Both the living area and the bedroom can be completely darkened.
The property covers approximately 3,500 m², allowing families or groups of friends to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful weather and views of the greenery on the spacious lawns. There’s also plenty of space for activities: whether it’s badminton, soccer, or volleyball—the expansive meadows, especially toward Dünenweg and on the west side behind Villa Sonnengarten (which is located on the same property behind Villa Seegarten), offer ideal conditions.
Wi-Fi: yes, free of charge
Parking: Currently, there are no parking spaces available directly at the house. Loading and unloading is possible on Dünenweg (approx. 70 m away). Parking options can be found under “Arriving by Car.”
Barbecues: not allowed
Pets: not allowed

Bicycles

Bicycles can be stored in the property’s general bicycle storage room in the basement. There are also bike racks on the property that you are welcome to use.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental service also offers many other items, such as handcarts for children. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities (electricity, water, heating) and linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Room service includes beds freshly made with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
