Good location to everything in Old City area. Very clean and modern rooms. Bed was comfy. Had an elevator! Unique room with brick walls as decor. Staff available during day.
The location was right on the main road in the Old City. From pictures I thought it would be set back off road a little more. Only noise issue was tenants above us walking loudly until 12:30 am every night. It is an older building so probably little sound proofing in walls and ceilings. Staff helpful.

We had to book the main penthouse suite which was quite big for my wife, daughter & baby... We'll definitely stay there again but next time get a smaller suite... Fantastic location... there's also a parking basement for public parking across the rear entrance.

I loved the location and the lift for luggage
No staff after a certain time and the air conditioner didn’t work so they taped a window vented one to the window.
We arrived at 10:50pm and there was supposed to be someone there until 11pm. The key locks didn’t work and spent a hot and tired 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to figure it out
