Marriott Quebec City Downtown

When I book a room I expect it to be available, not told we have no rooms available. We were shipped off to the Hilton for our first night. Not having a room available was not a smart move. I would likely now consider the Hilton for my next stay. No compensation offered, just an apology - I assume you do this all the time. I was told the “system” did it when we arrived, but the next day a front desk person said there were no rooms available. Someone lied to me. Maybe you can get away with it with many people.

Left at 6 am. No breakfast nothing open

The bar lacked Tito’s vodka, Chardonnay…./

Location was perfect for what we did in exploring old Quebec. Facility was clean.

All good.

Location Easy access to many things

We had firm request that our room should be made daily as we had younger kids. We made sure leave tips daily. 2nd day tip was taken but room was not cleaned at all. When you return to room in the night to sleep and your room looks so messed, makes you not fall asleep. Right away complained reception night shift. So far no one from hotel contacted me. I will never stay or recommend this place.
