Location facilities and friendly dinner at CABU was very good

The hotel was clean and full of style everywhere, and of course, the rooms were spotless. The CABU restaurant also had a chic interior design, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes that tasted excellent, with friendly restaurant staff. We stayed in a mountain view room, which had a nice view, but I would recommend the Old Town and River View rooms if you can. I think you'll be able to see an even more wonderful view.

The only disappointing thing was one of the front desk female staff. Since we were checking out late at night, we asked her to book a taxi to the airport, and she told us not to worry because there were 24-hour taxis waiting in front of the hotel. However, just to be safe, I consulted the concierge; they immediately arranged a taxi for me, and since it arrived right on schedule, I was able to set my mind at ease. When I left the hotel, there wasn't a single taxi waiting; if I had believed what the female staff member at the front desk said, I might have missed my flight.

The hotel has an excellent location in Quebec City, making it easy to access major attractions. The room also had a nice view, which could have been very enjoyable.

The hotel felt old and not well maintained. We had to change rooms because the thermos stopped working, which was inconvenient. The windows were very dirty, blocking the otherwise nice view. There was constant noise from the minibar, making it difficult to sleep. The room was dusty with poor ventilation, and the bathroom only had bar soap with no liquid soap provided.
