This is a charming, delightful inn. It feels very traditional, with a breakfast room and a salon, but it has all the amenities you could need. The breakfast itself was perfect - healthy, tasty, lots of variety, and almost of all of it homemade, including the yogurt! Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the deep window wells and the massive stone walls.

Central location. Friendly and helpful hostess. Excellent breakfast. Comfy and spacious room. Bathroom facilities good. Everything you could possibly need provided. Anyone with mobility problems is advised to request ground floor room.

A historic building full of character and well thought out touches in all the rooms. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic location near to everything we wanted to see. Friendly, very helpful host.
It’s a historic building so doesn’t have a lift. If you have heavy luggage, request a room on a lower floor, as it’s hard work getting big suitcases up the stairs.
