From rooms, to staff to food and cleanliness , the hotel sure is on a bit of slope but it literally was not a hike and was easy enough to do , the distance was 5mins walk specially very near to the Umrah gate ,the staff were absolutely awesome from reception staff to the housekeeping, the breakfast was really good with different choices most days and with a huge live station

Location is so convenient. Short walking distance to Al Haram and malls. Lovely staff members that care for the guest special thanks to Abd Ar-Rahman for his warm welcome and Muhammad Al Amin for housekeeping. Large selection of fresh and great quality food for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable.
