Romantic luxury carriage house on E Hall street, 3 blocks from Forsyth Park and the Mansion Hotel's Poseidon Day Spa, one block from the only major grocery store downtown and inside the borders of the official 'Historic District' sought after by visitors. This listing has access to a fabulous courtyard with outdoor fireplace! This little hideaway is a secure and private house ideal for 2 people but allows up to 4 max with pullout sofa (recommended for 2 kids or teens, or 1 small adult). Parking is free and easy on the street at this property. This block has no meters and is non-competitive. Upper Level. Not suitable for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Very pleased with this place as we were just a couple. Safe neighborhood, parking on the street but was never a problem. Clean and well organized, seems like a fairly new reno. We'd stay here again.

This is a nice clean, comfortable carriage house apartment. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the shower could use a new shower head and fresh caulk.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. It was a great location, close to Forsythe Park and the historic district of Savannah.

Overall, the property was everything stated in the ad. The location was great, and the place was super clean. The TVs were a problem. The first night they went down with a network error. We were never able to get the TV in the den to work again and the one in the bedroom would work for a while and shut off. We require the background noise of the TV to sleep so this was a problem. I called the managers number and never received a return call.

Great stay!! Very quiet and great location. Close enough to the sites, yet far enough away to be quiet!! Carriage House had everything we needed and a grocery store right around the corner!!!

We had a great trip and the apartment was just right for us. Check in and check out were both really easy and we easily found parking on the street. It was convenient to everything, walkable to the river, to restaurants and the park - we like to walk. There is also a free shuttle bus that picks up very nearby if you don't want to walk. It was easy to catch and ran according to the posted schedule. All in all it was a great time!

This was a "mini getaway" for us! The apartment was beautifully decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance of Forsyth Park, Kroger, and if you chose, close enough to walk to the downtown area! Savannah is a charming place to visit!!! We very much enjoyed our stay and place to return very soon!!!

Lovingly restored historic property was charming! Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many downtown sights. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Savannah. Nearby cafe Mate Factor is a must visit spot that’s just a stones throw away.

Carriage house was nice size for just the 2 of us. Was hoping to enjoy the patio area but was not as well kept as we would of liked. Being in our early 60s it was a little farther then we wanted to walk for most places. Would of liked to have somewhere to put luggage. Came back one evening and there were no lights in the walkway between houses but was lights following evening so not sure how those were controlled. Overall the place was nice.

Located at the southern edge of the historic district a couple of block from Forsyth Park It was nicely decorated. Bed was extremely comfortable. They left out drinks and some snacks was very clean and comfortable. Would be nice if the had some lighting down he path to the carriage house

Perfect size accommodations for two. Excellent location everything is within walking distance. The hosts are lovely, communication was smooth, great directions on how to get into the carriage house and house rules. Excellent recommendations provided in the binder as well as conveniences you might need/want. Super clean and tastefully decorated. We would highly recommend it.

This is a fabulous flat for two people. My daughter, 12 yrs old, and I stayed for three nights during 4th of July. Clean, stocked and convenient to all we wanted to see. Parking is easy on the street. Close to Krogers and a coffee shop. A block or two off of Bull Street. What more could you ask for? We enjoyed food at Dotties, and The Seafood Shack. We shopped at the Paris Market, Saints and Shamrocks and Go Fish. We highly recommend it.

We were very happy to see it was as described. Very clean, decorated and appointed to suit us. What really made us smile was the bottle of Chardonnay with 2 glasses sitting on the kitchen counter, such a warm welcome. Thank you

I stayed for a long weekend with my daughter. Loved being able to walk out the door and walk less than a mile to so many great parks and tours.

This was a great location. Easy to walk to trolley stops and the park. Kroger one block over. Then easy driving to other parts of the city and other areas.

Everything was perfect. From the parking on the street right out front, to secure, safe quarters, everything was awesome. There was so much more we will know next time to do in the space provided. We’ll be back!!

We made our last stop of our honeymoon in Savannah. I was a little worried because i had never stay inside city limits like this before but that worry quickly went away. The neighborhood is beautiful. We walked around to some parks during the day and stopped for coffee on the corner each morning. We took a quick cheap Uber to River Street for our last night and it was perfect. The location is just enough away from the hustle and bustle but also close enough to enjoy walking to some beautiful city squares. I would stay at this place again.

The property suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect as to where parking was free on the street directly in front of the property, and isolated from the busier Northern Historical District. The Guide to Savannah left by the Host was very informative with great suggestions as to what to do while in Savannah. The Riverfront was just over a mile walk away, or a very reasonable "Uber" ride. We would certainly stay at the property again without hesitation.

This loft was very cute and walkable distance to many of the squares, parks and downtown. We stayed with our 8 month old and the loft was perfect for the 3 of us.

Nice property close to Forsyth Park which was great for an after dinner walk. Grocery store within a block as well. Comfy bed and ok furniture. Was great to have a washer and dryer as well. It was quiet being off the street so no issues with noise. Kitchen had appropriate amount of utensils. Enjoyed our stay!
