Nice large terrace

Very difficult to gain entry. Poorly equipped. Just two completely different size wine glasses. No chef’s knife; just an empty knife holder. No chopping board. I phoned beforehand and asked what would be there and was told no food related matters but toiletry items such as loo rolls and shower gel would be provided. There was just one - almost used up - loo roll and some almost used up shower gel. One bin bag and no dishwasher tablets. And the service company refused to send anyone that evening to rectify these matters, didn’t refund us for having to go out that evening to buy loo roll and refused to supply two matching wine glasses, chef’s knife and chopping board. In France that is unacceptable !

Location very good with trams and city centre close by

Kitchen and cleaning facilities could be better. No toulet cleaner and only 1 wine glass. Cooking equipment sparse. Apartment was next door to a bar and very noisy in the evening .obtaining the key was very hard as insteuctions were unclear.

The terrace is wonderful, the flat is clean and comfortable.

The location and the terras were fabolous. The apartment was fully equipped. We felt like home during our two weeks stay.

There was almost nothing to complain about.

The interior was nice, but the terrace was absolutely amazing. All amenities worked fine and were updated, so our stay was overall very comfortable. Also, fast internet! The location is amazing, across the street from the old town and walking distance from seemingly everything (bakeries, markets, shops, museums). Even though the street noise is a bit loud when opening the windows, it's ok to handle because the street is at the end of the (large) terrace, and in summer there are two AC units that work very well.

The bedroom is right above a bar which has live music almost every day (mostly heavy metal; theblacksheep.fr). The music stops thirty minutes past midnight, and there is no way to go to sleep before that. (Ironically the house rules are to be quiet after 10pm, unclear why because it's loud until 0:30am anyways). Also the bed is a small-ish queen bed, but comfortable. The bedroom is tiny though (the walls are 50cm from the bed). We only got a single key, which made it a bit cumbersome for two people, especially since we stayed for several weeks. Communication with the host was ok. Just don't call the number on the business card that is being given to you with the keys, you need to call a different number that is listed in the information booklet in the apartment.

Close proximity to city center. Public transportation and supermarket with 2 minutes walking. Parking Garage in vicinity will offer deals for long term parking.

Difficult access for stroller. Main hall to apartment is in bad shape and does not create a safe feeling.
