Location was excellent, and having a pack n play + high chair available was great for our family with small children.
Check in & out was made easy by the property managers, who were easily available for any questions or issues

We had a lovely stay in mid December 2023--my husband, two adult children and I. The condo was impressive--beautifully decorated, spotless, comfortable and roomy for four. The pre-check in: Diane called me before I could get to her! I appreciated that...she gave me all the details needed as far as meeting her at the condo after our ferry arrived. Check-in: Seamless; we were given a thorough tour, with information about local eateries, markets, etc.
The condo building is sleek and secure. The building maintenance gentleman, Alex, very pleasant to talk to and very helpful.
The condo itself has all the various supplies needed for cooking, cleaning. Great views from each balcony--if only we had come in warmer weather we could have enjoyed the outdoor seating for meals. Beautiful bathrooms. We enjoyed the fireplace each evening and in the early mornings.
As mentioned, this condo is within walking distance from the ferry building (Washington state) as well as the lower Johnson shopping area, the bay, all different types of restaurants and markets. We appreciated this so much as we had come without a car; from the ferry building, it was roughly a 10-12 minute walk to the condo (a little less going back as it is downhill-ish).
Overall, a perfect location to be able to spend some stress-free pre-Holiday time with my family enjoying the beautiful Butchart Gardens holiday lights, high tea at the Pendray Inn. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us.

Our family of five had a wonderful three nights in this beautiful, spacious condo. It is the most well-equipped kitchen ever and the location is superb. You are within walking distance of all that downtown Victoria and its sea walks has to offer. Diane, the concierge, was phenomenal, helping us to make the check in seamless and explaining everything we needed to know. Highly recommend this place if you want to spend some time in this beautiful coastal city.

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in. It is way better than another apartment we rented in the same building especially the views. There is a plentiful supply of paper products and towels and everything in the apartment worked well. We were welcomed by Diane who gave me a tour of the building and apartment and was always available to answer questions. We never felt cramped and having an extra bathroom was great when family and friends came to visit.

This stylish condo in central Victoria has a view of the Empress Hotel. It is beautifully furnished and decorated with original art. The kitchen is well stocked.
I arranged a rendezvous with Diane Ross, a concierge, in advance. She was there to meet us even though a late ferry, heavy traffic, and road construction slowed us down.
Diane directed us to our parking spot in the underground garage, and gave us a tour of The Falls, including the swimming pool, exercise facility, and the garbage and recycling center. She introduced us to the use of the security fob for garage, elevator, and facility door access. We went up to the condo on the seventh floor and Diane gave us a tour. There are two bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office space, and a great room that includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room.
After weeks of struggling with radiant and induction stoves and slow, loud, and messy stovetop kettles in rentals, I was delighted to find a gas stove and an electric Breville kettle in the kitchen! Just like home!
With the exception of an outing to stock the refrigerator, our rental car stayed in the garage. We walked everywhere else.
As a very light sleeper, I was concerned about traffic noise. The master bedroom faces out on Douglas Street, which has traffic around the clock. My husband had no issues sleeping, but I moved into the quiet second bedroom that looks out on Courtney St. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well.

Our stay in Victoria couldn't have been better. The location of The Falls is perfect, right behind the Empress Hotel. The condo was in excellent condition and offered excellent amenities: two parking spaces in an underground garage with gated entry; a kitchen stocked with every utensil you could possibly need; plenty of towels and linens; a washer and dryer. We walked to all restaurants, bars, and tourist sites. Diane, the property manager, was very helpful and made sure we knew everything we needed to know to make our stay enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again for another trip to Victoria.

What a nice place. So clean and tidy. Had everything to cook a gourmet meal. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows, towels and supplies. Very comfortable, cozy and secure. We loved our stay and will be back.

The apartment was exactly as described - in fact much better. All the furniture and fittings are top class and not made by that popular Scandinavian manufacturer. Parking was very easy with two car spaces side by side. The excellent meet and greet service provided by Diane Ross really made our holiday experience- she helped with both check-in and departure. The big washer and dryer were excellent. Included NETFLIX.

This condo is beautiful. It was perfect for our weekend stay in Victoria for a family wedding. It was very spacious and had everything you needed including several bedrooms, bathrooms and 2 balconies. The location and views were spectacular, in addition to having underground parking which was so convenient. It was a very close walk to the harbour and there were many great restaurant options near by. Diane was a wonderful host and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location to walk to the harbor, Chinatown, and the Empress Hotel. Lots of restaurants in the area too. The check in was easy thanks to Diane and the condo was clean and beautiful. Perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen was loaded with everything you need to cook and pantry had things like salt & pepper and a variety of other sundries which was also helpful. Beds were comfortable and washer/dryer was a plus. Loved that we had a secure parking space and the building felt very safe.

Condo is as lovely as the pictures. Great size and furnished beautifully. Kitchen has anything and everything a chef could need. Check in was easy and refreshing to deal with efficient and accommodating people. Location is perfect-we walked to shopping and restaurants.

Loved our stay at “The Falls”. Property manager is the best we’ve ever worked with. Answered any questions and provided lots of helpful tips for our stay. Condo is very well maintained and stocked with all the things you could ask for to make for a comfy stay.
Our mornings were busy getting off to a convention each day, but if we would have had time, breakfast on the deck would have been lovely!

Property was very nice and well equipped to cook in the condo. Confidently located near qlmost everyrhing. We didn need a car for most of our stay. The main reason this stay didnt get 5 stars has nothing to do with the property but the city itself. So many homeless camped outside the building on the side walk and 2 days it smelt like urine leaving the building. Reminded my of Portland where we live.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It was amazing, just as the listing said, but I would say even better. The views are amazing, there are two balconies the sun shines onto one in the morning, great for eating breakfast on and the other balcony you can see the sun set from. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware, the best I've seen at a rental. The rooms had very comfy beds. We had 5 people staying in it and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. The place was very clean and had nice little touches like extra makeup removal pads. It was kid friendly with padding on the table corners. The check-in process was great, Diane was very helpful. Will stay there again on our next trip out if possible!!!

I was in Victoria with my two sisters. We all live on the West Coast (US) and this was our first Sisters Weekend since COVID. The condominium was perfect for three of us. The pull out bed in the den was very comfortable. The whole place was immaculate, comfortable, close to everything, so we never had to drive to get around town. Highly recommend this location!
