The stay was bad , I regret booking the hotel n with booking .com , the tub water was not running through , the wash sink kept having water stuck , there were mosquitoes in the room n I got bites !!! Didn’t sleep the whole night n there were kids around that kept on trying to open our room doors !

Thought the room was a bit small, and needed a microwave. But all and all was pleasant stay and I would go back.

Everything a hotel should be: clean, quality linens, comfortable pillows, minimal noise pollution from hallways, etc.

Small details: a lighting strip that I couldn't figure out how to turn off until I go on the floor & unplugged it.

Phones would not charge in any of the outlets, asked for help,.....fell on deaf ears. Fridge wasn't cold, food spoiled, too expensive for what we received. Not alot to choose from on TV.

Easy check in/check out, helpful and happy staff who can't do enough for their guests, able to access our room early, great location easy walking distance to all sights, comfy bed. Very large room with huge TV and comfy sofa, kitchen area, table and chairs. We enjoyed our stay and it is a perfect choice for visiting Victoria

minor issue is the bath towel could be bigger. However we asked for two more towels and were provided them quickly.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to everything! The rooms were spacious, full of bright lights while the bathroom was very modern. Beds were so comfortable which made for a good nights sleep. The staff were so friendly and so quick to help with anything we needed!
