Location! We walked out the door and had the walking trail that runs along restaurants, breweries, shops...super cool. I hadnt looked into it too much so that was a nice surprise. I even walked uptown to the Mint Museum.

There was a block-wide electricity blackout due to a car accident so hard to review objectively. We had no power or hot water the first morning. Breakfast the first morning was take out biscuits. Breakfast the second day was typical of hotel breakfast, not great. I asked the front desk for information about walking uptown to the museum and they were uninterested in helping and just said, "its far". It was not far and it was a nice walk. But that was just the two people that were working that morning.

We liked the cleanliness and comfort of our room. All staff was very friendly and. informative.

Parking is confusing and $15 for self parking on site.

The hotel itself was very nice as it is fairly new. All of the newer amenities were included.

Our room was on the side facing the street and it was very loud. If I stayed there again, I would require an interior room. The bed was comfy but I was unable to sleep.

Everything was clean and the locations is great ! Close to restaurants and Bank of America Stadium is about a 20min walk.
