Despite a significant noise issue, this hotel apartment had commendable features. Ideal for digital nomads, it boasts a superb desk, fast and stable internet, and offers great views with an airy and light ambiance. The convenience of a delivery table in the lobby for food and groceries is a thoughtful touch. Its location in the Indian area of KL means delicious Indian food is just a ten-minute walk away. However, it's important to note that the extreme noise at night from a disco on the roof severely impacts the overall experience.
The major flaw of this apartment is the insufferable noise from the disco nightclub located on the roof. Playing aggressive music throughout the night at high volume and ultra-low frequencies, it creates a vibration so intense that it's physically felt in the room, rendering earplugs ineffective. This issue persists all night until the early hours of the morning. I stayed on the 18th floor, but have spoken to residents from the 3rd and 10th floors who also suffer from the noise, indicating that a different floor won't offer relief. This fundamental failure to provide a restful environment for sleep makes a 1 out of 10 rating justifiable.

Location is perfect, clean overall.
No cuttelry, very small fridge, cleaning service not included (charged 50RM on demand and they don't even wash the cups and glasses), bad shower design flooding the bathroom floor, working chair in mediocre condition, lack of sweep or any other cleaning tools.

Location is very strategic. Clear instructions and guidelines are given. Smooth checking in and out. No deposit is needed. Overall experience is good!
It's paid valet parking (weekday- RM 10/day; weekend- RM 20/day). The housekeeping wasn't done when we arrived and checked in. This is disappointing. No water dispenser. The new construction blocks the KLCC view, but the overall view is still good.

Location is super as at the same time being close to touristic center, one could see local life and wide range of cuisines, close to Monorail and LRT ( under ground metro), the new property, comfortable bed and bed sheets super clean, layout of the spacious room, fast lifts, AC and all other facilities were exactly as described on Booking.com, a useful desk / table with chair, the host was very responsible, shared very clear guide before arrival for finding the keys, host fast response on What’s App, kept my luggage in a safe room after I checked out at 12 noon till 4 PM when I had to go to the airport.
I was quite happy on the whole and will definitely return though there were few small things such as intermittent boom boom of the music of the bars inside and within the neighborhood at nights till morning. Could be my sensitivity as the room was quite well insulated and one could not hear the noise from other rooms or corridors. Such good room deserves also little more attention to vacuuming and dusting the corners and under things and some negligible faults in the bathroom. The security guards are not informed about the hotel business. Better not to ask or expect from them anything, but overall they were helpful and nice like the most of people in Malaysia. s

This property is amazing for its price its great value. You feel like a CEO with the view from balcony on floor 18 and inifnity pool with bar on the roof
Only one problem was there was no laundry machine so I need to walk 10min around when I need wash my clothes. I guess the laundry room was under reconstruction.

The location is very good and the rooms are clean, spacious and nice looking. We were in the 25th floor and the view was amazing.
Every room gets individual Wi-Fi which was super fast. The pool is nice with a great view but they don’t have any lounge chairs next to it.
It was quite confusing. When we arrived, nobody was at the reception. We asked the security guard, he told us that we needed a password for a locker because the key card was in there. It seems like people rent some rooms individually. The hotel seems very lonely and you don’t have people to talk to if you need anything.
They put me in a WhatsApp group chat a couple of days before and I asked in there if they can send me the password or anything. For a couple of minutes nobody replied so I started calling the numbers. Then they send a PowerPoint presentation with some information and the locker password where I found our keycard. So I had to wait with checking in because they forgot to tell us those things in the first place.

little quirks like hot water being too hot. mixer tap does need improvement to avoid scalding.

I loved this room it’s very spacious & felt like a treat after staying in so many Hostels. The bed sheets & towels were crisp white. The fridge & kettle were brand new & the room was very clean. I loved the balcony & watching the city lights. The rooftop pool was nice for a quick dip and a gorgeous view of the petronas towers & KL Tower, both are about 15/20 min walk away. I liked the cafe Tapestry across the street for a really tasty breakfast. It was quite popular with a queue so I became a regular myself!! I will be back to stay again on my return to KL
