Lovely breakfast

Very small room, but I expected that in London

The hosts and staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. Nothing seemed too much trouble. They went out of their way to look after us. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout. So lovely. Our family room was 'compact' as you would expect in a hotel of this size in London. It had everything we needed as 3 sisters; the only addition it would benefit from is a mini fridge. The bathroom was modern. We loved the light and the view. Loved the light on the mirror! The beds were SO comfortable! Room service drink prices really reasonable. Pleasantly surprised. The neighbourhood was fab. It was less than a 10 minute walk to Victoria station, 5 mins up the road to really nice cafes (highly recommend Iris), and no more than 20 mins walk to Buckingham Palace.

There was honestly nothing we didn't like.

The room, the staff everything were excellent. The bathroom and toilet are seperate so that also saves time if 2 people are staying in the room, the waiting time is less. The staff helped us with our luggage to and from the room.

Only the room was at location where after using the lift to 3rd floor, we had to climb stairs up and down to reach our room. this was bit awkward. The staff helped us with our luggage to and from the room.
