The location, the staff and the comfortable beds and it was quiet.
The room was small, it was a bit or a warren, trying to find the room was a challenge and bar didn’t seem to be open whenever we went past.

Very nice hotel to explore London from - you get a comfortable bed and a clean, albeit small, room. Breakfast was good but very standard and limited in options. Staff were polite.
Room was a bit smaller than what I’m used to, but I get it, it’s London. Breakfast could easily get repetitive, especially if you plan to stay for more than a few days.

Lovely staff, great location, nice breakfast
A small thing, We are coffee drinkers so it would have been great to have coffee and decaf coffee with room (we had plenty of tea and herbal tea, which we also liked).

Closeness and walkable to main attractions.
Clean
Staff was helpful
Our toilet was running over the course of a whole day and into another another and we couldn’t flush which meant couldn’t use the bathroom and we had to ask 3 times before someone actually fixed it.

"Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt - 10 min zu Fuß zur Victoria Station und fußläufig Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace und Hyde Park. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, an nichts hat es uns..."
