Pool could have been better if it is heated or temp controlled.

Everything is so good ☺️ The price is very good and cheap but we stayed as of if we paid more because of the conevenience and good service ☺️ The indian life guard during our stay did his job great. He reminded and strictly told us what are do’s and donts for the safety of all the guests 10/10 for that too. The receptionist during our check in is really nice and explain to us the amenity locations.

The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel as we were at an exhibition which was just below the hotel. The staff did their utmost to ensure we had a pleasant stay and tried to make it up to us for not being able to allocate the room we had reserved. We were given complimentary breakfast to compensate and the Duty Manager even called us to check that everything else was satisfactory and also apologised once again. This gesture made the inconvenience of not having the room we booked a little more acceptable. Excellent customer service... in fact all of the staff we had interactions with were extremely courteous and helpful.

We had booked a twin room but unfortunately when we checked in we were told that there were no twin rooms available which was extremely disappointing to say the least. We were given a slightly bigger room whereby a rollaway bed was added, which again was not ideal but there was no alternative. The rooms had no direct portal for phone charging which is pretty standard in most hotels now. You had to make sure you had a charger with a plug. There is no area to plug a hairdryer/straightener etc which is in front of a mirror. This was very frustrating and also standard in most hotels.
