great location next to airport for a late arrival & then easy to get away to other locations. staff were great.

All staff lovely and friendly from front desk to cleaners. We didn’t eat breakfast at hotel, but had the best ever Thai meal at the hotel just had to walk through lobby to get to Thai Restaurant.

Out of hours check-in box works great when on a late flight. So handy to airport for that reason. Great cafe at the entrance too!

very spacious and lovely after a long day of driving or excursions. centrally located near shopping areas and direct routes to queens town and the airport. we also got a room with a washer and dryer and after travelling from Liverpool and being in New Zealand for a week this was a life saver to wash and dry our clothes we had already worn.

Lovely location, close to the airport, good facilities including eateries and shops/supermarket nearby. Undercover and secure parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything very clean, spacious disabled access apartment. Combined washer/dryer.

The air conditioning unit in the room was noisy, not able to sleep with it on 😕 and you could hear washing machine & Tv in next room quite easily

Room had washer dryer as well as full kitchen. After tramping for a few weeks, this was exactly what I needed. Location is near mall with restaurants and other stores. Walkable to airport. River walk nearby. Hotel stored my luggage for me while on trek.

Pillow cases were not soft.
