Frühstück ok

Wir haben ein Club Zimmer gebucht, beschrieben als Dreibettzimmer. Angenommen hatten wir: Kingsize Bett mit ggf. Schlafsofa o.ä. Im Hyatt geht man aber davon aus, dass 3 Personen sich ein Bett teilen. Bettzeug für Person drei gab es nur auf Nachfrage und eine Aufbettung generell nur gegen Aufpreis. Das Personal an der Rezeption war hier sehr unfreundlich und sah den Fehler allein bei uns oder booking. Ein Kompromiss oder Entgegenkommen war nicht möglich. Im Gegenteil wir wurden noch als die Dummen betitelt. Das machte den Check In sehr unerfreulich und ließ das ansonsten nette Personal leider im Schatten stehen. Lage ist auch nicht ganz im Zentrum. Bilder bei booking entsprechen nicht ganz der Wahrheit. Parkplatz vorhanden, mit 50€/Tag allerdings auch teuer.

הגענו לחדר היה מלוכלך , ירדתי ללובי עם תמונה וביקשתי שינקו . חניה - אין ואף אחד מאנשי הצוות לא מוכן לעזור בנושא . ביקשתי בהזמנה מיטה נוספת , אישרו את ההזמנה .. אבל רק אחרי שביקשתי פעמיים הביאו עוד מיטה .

Unreliable manager. Don’t know how to deal with customers who is going through crisis. I asked for a report because my diamond ring got stolen from my room. I said this because I took 2 of my rings off when I put some lotion on my hand and forgot to put it back on. That was in the bathroom sink. And at the moment we left the room, a cleaning lady was inside the bathroom cleaning. So when I got back, there was only 1 ring left placed next to the neatly placed make up brushes. The managers answer to me after I asked for a report was that she can’t give me the report because she trust her colleagues and that they don’t have the ring at hand. I said how can you find it when it got stolen? She made it sound like I’m claiming A property lost and stolen when it wasn’t really stolen. Like there was no such ring to claim. I asked for the higher manager and spoke with him and he said of course! And that he will email me the report. All I can say is that regency is such a big brand and hiring managers like this lady is a bad name for their brand. I will never stay at Hyatt anymore in Europe. And we had to ask them to brush the wall in the shower because it was moldy the day we checked in and the glasses on the sink were so dirty.

Leuke sfeer/vibe in het hotel. Zeer netjes. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt! Wandelafstand tot centrum!

Only slight issue was there was no children's menu anywhere, made it fairly tricky with the small person

De matrassen waren (voor ons) veel te hard. Hadden dat wel al in reviews gelezen en hebven het ook zo ervaren.

Das Hotel ist schön modern & sauber. Check in war unkompliziert. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber kühl eingerichtet.

Die Lage für eine Tour durch Amsterdam City aber nicht so optimal. Man läuft circa 30-40min eine Strecke in das Zentrum. Da ist die Lage des Hyatt Andaz um einiges besser. Die Mini Bar ist leer, wieso das nach Corona nicht wieder möglich ist, ergibt für uns als Gast keinen Sinn…

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereiches Serviceteam, gute Lage zum Zentrum, das mit der Tram, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichbar ist. Das Buffet ist sehr gut und seinen Preis wert. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und mit Kaffee und Teezubereitung ausgestattet. Das Bad ist modern und gepflegt.

Die Lichtverhältnisse im Zimmer waren schlecht. Zu wenig und zu dunkles Licht. Viel zu wenig Platz für Kleidung, wenn der Aufenthalt länger als 2 Nächte dauert. Die Garage des Hotels ist mit 50.-€ pro Nacht sehr teuer.

Das Frühstück war extrem vielfältig, reichhaltig und lecker.

Sauberkeit top, hauptsächlich sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.

Das Frühstück und sonstige Speisen waren okay, kennen wir aber nochmal besser aus anderen Hyatt Hotels. Spa viel zu klein... Für fast 300 Euro die Nacht im Dezember rundherum einfach zu teuer. Sonst aber ein schönes Hotel.

Very welcoming. A lovely calm relaxed atmosphere.

Nitpicking but no milk for coffee in room. Crumbs inside fridge. Could have been less dusty.

There were sticky stains on some surfaces that I only discover after laying clothes on the surface. Now they had a sticky stain and needed to be washed. That‘s unfortunate.

Hotel staff were very helpful, we had some luggage trouble and they helped us out, we booked at the last minute and there wasn't any available roll away beds but they made a comfortable bed for our son out of a mattress topper. Extremely kind and very helpful with getting around the city. Great quiet location and very easy access to trams and the Metro. Breakfast was outstanding, and everyone was catered for. The club happy hour was great with plenty of snacks and drinks for all.

Everything was perfect!

Nice specious room with beautiful setup. We were impressed to see my name on the TV with a welcome note once we entered the room. Very good breakfast.

Hotel location is not exactly at the center. Not much of restaurants or convenient stores nearby and which are there, close early in the evening.

It was very anonymous, no one was interested in you! The bar was a disaster, waited forever until anyone took notice of you. But what do you expect from a city hotel, people come to see the city and leave, it's not about personality. Too bad, definitely not worthy of 5 stars!

The breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel is very central. The room was very clean as well which made our stay one to remember. Staff was very helpful too.
