This was our second stay in Panama City, with the first being at a different hotel. While the cost at Villa Palma was a little higher, the difference in quality was night and day and well worth the difference. Definitely one of the nicest rooms and hotels that we have stayed in during any of our visits outside of the US, and if we are ever in Panama City again we will look here first. Highly recommend!

Some issues with hot water!

first room we were given had noisy air conditioning and was a bit noisy. Unacceptable for us.

The hotel is beautiful and quaint. The food at the restaurant was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very sweet and very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect.

Finding parking is very difficult.

Friendly and warm service. Lovely property in the heart of Casa Vienjo. Beautiful furniture and decor. The breakfast was lovely but coffee and juices were extra. The water pressure in the bathrooms were fabulous. Overall loved our stay with no complains.

Pricey!

The staff who welcomed us and took care of breakfast service/ reception were honestly lovely. Very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and cool (AC and fan). Comfy bed! Pretty view from the balcony and fun rooftop jacuzzi to chill in for sunset after a long day

The breakfast was underwhelming to be honest, but not a train smash. We had no hot water for a full day- for both morning and evening showers. Very poor water pressure too When being moved to a room with a bathtub, on initial request, we were surprised with an already slept in bed and used bathroom (oops on the housekeeping)

Superb location in the Old City . Lovely furnishings . Staff very friendly and helpful . Very comfortable bed . Has a lift .

Rooftop could go with a little TLC !
