Location, close to trams

Location is accessible to all forms of public transport. Quiet area with gorgeous views both day and night. Close to supermarket and well equipped unit with free parking

Small things in the original design 2nd bedroom had no air-conditioning or opening windows, so we slept with the door open. Parking space was a little tight for a people mover.

The stuff is friendly, quiet location and nice view.

You need to be aware that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom only in the living rooms.

I loved the apartment and the view. Would definitely stay again.

I loved everything except the fact that when my step daughter called the number because she couldn't find the reception to pick up her key she was given a stern lecture that "this is not a hotel" and "should have read the instructions". Not really okay given that reception was quite hard to find and there was really no need to be rude no matter how many people call the number because they can't find reception.

We had a room on the 21st floor and a water view. Looking out across the lights of the city, many Christmas decorations shining in apartments was a lovely reminder of the time of year. The apartment was cosy, yet spacious and would be great for a longer stay. The amenities fantastic. This is my second visit to Winston Apartments and I would book again without hesitation. Great shopping and restaurants close by, Marvel Stadium a stones throw away and secure undercover parking an added bonus.

Rooms can be a little stuffy at night - loathed to run air conditioning for the apartment over night, maybe ceiling fans or some kind of fan to circulate the air.

we were locked in a room for 3 hours and the reception would not let the locksmith break open so we had to call the fire bridge to open the door.

Location great, amazing views, good layout of room. Loved that you could only go to your level with key. Pool and gym facilities were perfect.

Great spot. Awesome views. Close to woolworths and attractions. Tram was right smack bang out the front door. Staff were really friendly. Very nice room with modern appliances. Pool area was great. Secure parking was a bonus.

Only down sides were the apartment above were extremely noisy. Sounded like they were playing a large drum. Very annoying if you have kids trying to sleep. They are supposed to be soundproof as stated on the website. Oven was dirty. And pots and inside draws were very crumby and dirty. No face washers. Used sponge for kitchen. Grose. Couldn't use the games room as it's apparently only for permanent residents. Kids were shattered about that.

The staff were incredible. Prior to checking in I had received the information on where to go etc. on arrival. When we arrived the lady at the front desk was so friendly, she could see how exhausted the kids and I were on arrival and made the check-in process so clear, quick and simple.

Very spacious and clean. Great views from the expansive windows and little balcony. Fixtures very nice and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was modern and well appointed. Communication excellent. Heating was very effective and well placed. Bathrooms spotless and the wardrobes would be great for a longer stay. Would highly recommend for any length of stay. Late check in was fine and relatively easy to follow.

Blankets were a little small on the king bed and on the lighter side so needed to keep heating on over night but we were still quite comfortable. Also there was something beeping constantly every few minutes perhaps the smoke alarm? Couldn't locate successfully otherwise would give this place solid 9 stars.

We loved having the free tram and access to city shopping. We also enjoyed the views of the Yarra and closeness to restaurants at Southbank.

We found a hair pin in one of the beds and some of the pool was cut off but we couldn’t see any reason which made us a bit nervous to swim.
