Easy check in, clean and idyllic. Timely response from property manager. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and stay.

Rosie & Manny were warm, responsive, and generous of their time as hosts and responded to questions from the beginning! We are so lucky their unit had A/C due to the excessive heat; little did we know when we booked how grateful we would be for the calming/cool and relaxing place they had. This was planned months in advance for my bestie and I, the unit was clean, accurate to the listing and location was fabulous. Truly walkable to the sites, Ferry 15 min. walk, Green pier & main drag just 5-7 min. away, Vons 5 min away & plenty of towels, wonderful kitchen with all amenities and 2 full baths! We'll be back and couldn't ask for a better location. So grateful there is an elevator. I'd mention to folks interested --do plan on stairs; pack accordingly since the Complex does have several steps despite an elevator so not best if there is limited mobility or really heavy bags (plan to lift them). Catalina is great & their location allows for walking access to everything & they helped w/any questions or tips we needed expeditiously!

The condo was so great! We felt comfy like at home and relaxed even more. Manny and Rosie were fantastic, such great hosts. Everything went very smoothly. I am sure we will vacation at one of their properties again!

We had a great time. We truly enjoyed the property. It was a bummer the pool and spa were unusable, but overall, the property was nice, clean and comfortable. All of the neighbors and surrounding people were very friendly.

We had a short but wonderful stay! The hosts were quick at responding to any inquiries and exuded friendliness, even just in messages. The unit was quiet, extremely clean, beautiful, and a terrific layout for our family of four! The king-sized bed was comfortable, and there was a pack and play for our younger son (age 2). Our older son (age 5) was too nervous to sleep on the living room sofa bed, but there was a folding twin bed that we were able to fit in the bedroom, so we all had space to sleep without the kids feeling nervous. It was crowded but it worked! There was plenty of additional blankets and pillows, so we all slept in comfort. We'd book here again in a heartbeat!

Property is as shown on VRBO. Newly remodeled, very clean, spacious. Location is less than a 5 minute walk from town and maybe 10 to the dock. Rosie and Manny are great, just ask and they are there for you. We will be staying there again for sure

So clean and perfect for our first trip to Avalon. So many supplies for at home meals and very renovated. Our son is 5 and loved the fire place and pool and the big bed that can fit 3! Close to Vons, the harbor, and also quiet. We look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! It is very well maintained, clean and well stocked with the essentials. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only downside is there are stairs to get to the elevator and more stairs to get from the elevator to the condo. So if you have a stroller, be prepared to carry it.
Overall our experience was great and we would love to stay there again next time.

Beautiful place to stay
We really enjoyed staying at this condo! It is very well maintained, clean and well stocked with the essentials. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only downside is there are stairs to get to the elevator and more stairs to get from the elevator to the condo. So if you have a stroller, be prepared to carry it.
Overall our experience was great and we would love to stay there again next time.

IT WAS QUITE, AND THIS PLACE CAN BE NOISY IF YOU GET THE WRONG UNIT.

EASE TO GET IN AND OUT, NOT THAT MANY STAIRS AND THIS PLACE CAN HAVE A LOT OF STAIRS IF YOU GET THE WRONG UNIT.

Great Condo in Avalon!
We were so pleased with our stay at Manny and Rosie’s condo. The condo was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. Manny was easy to work with and quick to respond to messages. We loved our time here and would definitely book this condo for another stay!
