Excellent location on Collins St and 10 mins walk from the main mall. Apartment was spacious and modern. Excellent bathroom and had laundry facilities too. IGA a few doors away and it sells wine and beer too.

The sofa bed in living area was not very comfortable there was one very comfy chair I would prefer more of those.

The only dislike was the fact that water from the shower would go out into the toilet area

Aircon vents were really dirty in lounge area and bedroom.Lounge was far too small for Four people and there was quite a bit of mould in the walls of the shower

The view was simply outstanding. Outstanding. Beds & linen lovely. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Good mirrors. Good sized apartment for 4 adults.

Maybe the aircon was a little loud & in hottest part of the day not that effective.

Definitely felt like an Airbnb and felt uneasy about being charged on the day so that the property management company can circumvent any discounts made via 3rd party websites like Booking or Expedia.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was well situated. Unit was very clean, bed was comfortable.

아주 구석은 조금 청소가 덜 되어 있는 느낌이었어요.

Central to everything, surrounded by cafe, patisserie, convenient store etc. Clean and comfortable apartments, very good washing machine/dryer. Helpful and reasonable staff. Overall we really enjoyed our time there.

A coffee machine, bigger garbage bag and a bit more laundry detergent in more than one room apartment would be great.

Washing machine and dryer weren’t great, gym equipment is lacking a bit but it’s good to even have one, so thanks! Kitchen could use some more wine glasses

Excellent location - within short walking distance to a number of key places. Staff were very helpful. Stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom. Excellent facilities. Comfortable beds. Will definitely look to stay here again when in Melbourne next

The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts to the higher floors were quick.

There was an evacuation. While it clearly wasn't the fault of the property a fellow resident claimed the costs would be charged to all. When checking out and seeking clarification we were told maybe! This has never happened and is unpleasant now feeling I need to continuously check my card staemdnts for extra charges. They had a late checkout deal gor New Years but a contradictory price and warning the morning of checkout. Once again I will need to check my card for what was probably just a technical error.

カトラリーやフライパンなど清潔でした。シャワーブースにもドアがあったので、トイレの方まで床が濡れず快適に使えました。小学生2人の家族連れでしたが、スーパーでお肉と野菜を買ってかんたんな調理をして夕食を食べることができ、つかのまですが暮らすように過ごせました。

セキュリティ上かチェックイン前に建物に入るには、電話をするか、他の人が入るのを待って一緒に行くかしないと入れないので困りました。インターホンもないので、中の人とも話せません。esimがあるので、ネットは使えても電話ができない旅行者には困りました。

Booked this for my parents. They had an amazing time and raved on about the room, view, service and location. Highly recommend this place and we will be back when my wife and I can visit from Sydney

Perfect location with amazing views of the city too! Tram stop right outside which makes getting around a breeze!

Honestly nothing! If I had to be picky the mattress could be better (sagged to the middle a bit) but still wasn't horrible
