The rooms are a good size and the bed was comfy. The staff was helpful with check in and check out. The restaurant downstairs was a standout

A few things - the air conditioner/ fan was very loud. I had requested a room away from the elevator and ended up next to it. They list Le Labo products, which weren’t available in the room.

There’s a ton to love about this property. It’s nestled into a quiet residential area with a restaurant on the lower level, another restaurant directly across the street and a coffee shop on the diagonal corner. Yes, it’s street parking and yes, it can be a challenge on Friday/Saturday evenings to find a spot. Otherwise, it was no biggie to park. You’ll come up a few steps and find a check in kiosk (iPad) and then scan your own keys. We took the elevator to our floor (2) and had no issues getting into our room. The room was lovely. A desk, king bed, en suite bath with a nice sitting area. Our view was of the street alley (not a biggie). The room was clean and stylish. We loved the bed- very comfortable. When we did have a minor issue w the room, we texted and got support right away. Great service! I would highly recommend!

The negative is mostly related to the noisy AC unit. The fan is pretty loud and made for difficult sleep. But, we had a cold room at least!

Horrible TV set up. They offer almost no channels. The guide jumped all over place on it's own without even touching the remote. Not watchable. Horrible meal choices. We ate elsewhere for every meal.
