Great location and views
Centrally located to all our adventures. The view was perfect and the grounds were beautiful. The condo was a little dated and worn but the space was great. Lots of extras like coolers, umbrella, some snorkel equipment, beach chairs and towels. Steps away from Lava Lava beach club, a perfect beach hangout with good food, drinks, and live music.,

A pleasant stay!
I had a very pleasant stay at this condo! The location was very convenient as it was very accessible from the main road, in the central part of the island which allowed for quicker trips both north and south, and was within walking distance to many shops, supplies, and restaurants. The pool area and grounds were kept very clean and beautiful, and the unit itself was comfortable and had everything I needed. The beach in front of the property was also a great place to relax at the end of the busy days of exploring. I'd stay here again during a future visit.

First visit to the Island.
It was a very nice space with plenty of room. The view was beautiful. The grounds were also beautiful. The only draw back was carrying our suitcases up to the third floor. The couch was uncomfortable being quite hard. But we weren't there to sit on the couch. Plenty of kitchen equipment and the icemaker worked great. We would recommend this rental.

Beautiful view!
Our rental experience was wonderful. Condo had everything we needed such as chairs and cooler. Easy access to shops and grocery store, and perfect location to enjoy ocean and pool. Town of Kapaa definitely gives you more of a local feel versus resort area like PoiPu.

First time visit to Kauai and Lae Nani.
Our week at Lae Nani exceeded our expectations. This is a beautiful property. Meticulous grooming of all the gardens. We felt blessed every day to enjoy the condo, the lanai and the third floor view. Also very pleased with the restaurants we discovered close by, including Passion Bakery and Avalon. Liked the ability to drive north and south for day trips. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Hope we have an opportunity to do that.

This is a lovely, very spacious condo in a fantastic location. It had everything needed to stay comfortably. The grounds were spectacular and proximity to both South and North shores of the island was a huge plus.

Review of Condo 303
We came here for our honeymoon, the property manager was a delight to work with, prior to arrival and during. The condo has a new couch which was very soft and comfortable. The property has an gorgeous view of the ocean and beach-which was a must for us. We liked where this property was located as it was easy to get to north and south sight seeing locations. The condo was clean, cozy, and a comfy place to relax at the end of the day. The condo did not have AC which we knew before booking and it was not an issue for us.

We had an amazing stay, the setting couldn't have been any better. The lanai sets above and just feet away from the beach, with beautiful gardens for a postcard view. Martie the property manager was very attentive to our every need. We will be coming back....

Outstanding Location, Comfort, and Cleanliness
We had an outstanding stay at Lae Nani 333. The unit was impeccably clean and well appointed. The location is ideal, with a fantastic view from the balcony of not only the beach but also of the immaculately kept grounds of the property. It's just steps from the condo to the beach which was not crowded. This was a great place for a quiet, intimate stay in paradise.

Great Location and Property
We stayed here for four nights during a longer trip to Hawaii. The location was fantastic and the property was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kauai.

A Piece of Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Lae Nani - the unit and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The pool is lovely and the beachfront area allows for residents/vacationers to spread out but still feel private. The view and ventilation from the LR windows is so wonderful, we didn't even mind the full day of downpours; just curled up on the sofa and read! Also appreciated being able to walk to good restaurants, shopping, and along the ocean.

Kauai vacation
We had a great time. Our condo was in a nice location facing the ocean. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our unit wasn't air conditioned and the ceiling fans were doing double time to keep us cool! Perfect for two people.

Fantastic view on beautiful beach front condo
We loved the one week stay at this condo. Beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. The three flights of stairs gave us a little needed exercise but well worth it. Would love to go back again.

Great location for family
This location was roomy and very comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked with all those storage containers anyone would need. Upon arrival, the unit was super clean. Martie Law made sure all was perfect. Our family walked down the beach to the Lava Lava restaurant several times. Our granddaughter loved riding the boogie board provided. The beach in front of the complex was perfect. We'd definitely recommend this location .

We will be back
This place was exactly as pictured. The balcony looking out to the beach and ocean was why we picked this place and it is just like the picture only REAL. We also enjoyed the location and can't wait to come back.

Great location to enjoy beautiful kauai in its entirety
Easy booking and friendly staff. Very relaxing, ocean and wave rolling views. Great beach for body surfing. Kitchen knives were dull. The dishwasher was not installed properly and is not properly secured. The clear plastic wrap on the dishwasher has not been removed,thus not easily cleaned. The bathroom door slats need to be dusted. Some of the towels had frayed edges. There was a stack of wash cloths in the linen closet that we could not use because they had not been laundered (newly purchased bundle), and those available were nor sufficient by number. The overall property is truly beautifully, extensively landscaped. Nice large pool.

333 - Check That Kitchen Has Been Renovated Since November 2019
Overall experience in this unit was spoiled by the termite infestation in the kitchen. The manager was cooperative in refunding part of our stay but the situation in the kitchen needs to be addressed. The manager said that the kitchen was being renovated after our stay so I hope that is the case.

Top Floor Ocean View Gem on the East Side!
What a gorgeous unit! Updated. Clean. Amazing views. Easy parking. Beautiful pool. Close to the ocean. Fun welcome basket with snacks and coffee! Super helpful on-island contact, too! We can't recommend this place highly enough!
