Staff were very friendly and looked after us.

For starters a nice ritzy suburb, the accom forms part of a very clean vessel harbour surrounded by its own resort style boardwalk with eateries, pubs (with happy hour), shops and even a large southbank type swimming beach area. Very neat rooms with all facilities provided..staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, especially the cleaners (also granted a late checkout for son and young fam before long haul flight)…thankyou Nautica

The Marina, The Cafes, The Restaurants, The Ferry to Rottnest Island. The Beach, There is also an Aquarium. Everything is walking distant for your apartment.

The property was easy to find and access to the keys out of hours was easy with great communication and instruction on what to do. The apartment was clean and tidy. We had an expected view of the ocean, with a bit of car park, but we knew that would be the view. I stayed here with my two children and felt safe and secure staying here alone with them. The evenings were mostly quiet. We enjoyed use of the pool, with towels provided. I loved that there were laundry facilities within the apartment and even laundry detergent available for use, these little extra touches made our stay more pleasant. Staff greeted us whenever we encountered them and everyone was helpful if we had any questions. When we checked out, we were able to leave our car in the secure underground car park for a few hours. Access through secure gates to Hillary’s boat harbour was great. We could easily pop out and grab a bite to eat or a snack. Great location, we plan on staying here again in the future.

Basic kitchen facilities. Listed a tea/coffe maker but there wasn't one.

no aircon in the bedrooms, no lift, noisy on Friday and Saturday nights with people outside, beds were hard

The units were well equipped, and well located by the marina. There's plenty of places to eat close by and plenty of parking.. staff were friendly. We need 2 cots and they were supplied. We used the heated pool

The underground carpark is secure but it's a bit of a walk to take luggage to the units.

Location is great, so close to restaurants. Room for 2 couples very good. Bigger than what we thought, 2 bedrooms 2 ensuite, perfect for us. We didn't have car, close to bus stop which took us to railway station. Security good. We hope to return

Room lighting not strong enough to continue with my cross-stitch project! Not a huge problem, it had to wait until I returned home.

Excellent location, spacious and very well equipped

The location is great. The apartment is convenient when I travel to sites and I can cook my own meals and wash my own clothes. Too bad it was too cold to use any other facility.

Bed springs were digging in the back, making it uncomfortable to sleep and rest. very important while away at weeks at a time for work. Need probably new mattresses.
