I liked that it was all quite new and well maintained.

The bathroom was far too small for the price. The pool is also too small for the property.

Absolutely everything / beautiful rooms - exceptional staff from check in - service- and spa ! We went for a mum and daughter birthday celebration weekend - and will definitely be back - highly recommend

Buffet breakfast was $59 00. Friendly, accommodating staff, great view of the ocean. Food could have been a bit more extensive but was adequate.

Nothing, the entire experience was absolutely appalling. If I wasn't so busy I'd write a formal complaint.

This was the most ridicuous experience ever. They tout themselves as a 5 star hotel when in reality they've grabbed a bunch of randoms that don't care about their jobs and oh my it shows. There's a CLEAR feeling of resentment by staff. We're not even a rich family but we saved up to spoil ourselves and were treated like absolute garbage. Staff look at a kids like they are disgusting and no compassion at all.

Gym is state of the art

Many families with kids . Kids screaming at breakfast. Kids screaming / playing in the smallish pool. Housekeeping forgot to clean the room one day. We were out all day.

The location is about a 20 minute walk from the main Surfers Paradise strip. It’s peaceful and right by the beach

The bed and we really like the bathtub, great fit out and perfectly clean.

The only amente we find bit complicated to use was the switch of the lights.

The pool is manifestly too small for a resort this size If you want to go to beach you have to pay for the umbrella and chair The inside pool not monitored i saw kids bombing into it thus creating chaos and noise for other patrons. We paid for breakfast but a cup of coffee was extra!!!!

The room was very big and nicely decorated. Everyhing you needed and very clean. Being on 19th floor you have a great view over the city. Within a minute you are on the beach.

The pool is small compared to amount of guest. So the pool is full of people and also around there. No free chairs or beds available, no umbrellas. Not a place to have a quiet relaxing moment. Which was what we were looling for.

For the size of the hotel the pool was small and access to sun-beds was poor, the photo makes it look 10x bigger than it actually is

We loved the location and the beach frontage. It was away from the busy hussle and noise. It was quiet yet not deserted. Perfect for a family holiday or for couples. The outdoor pool is heated and indoor, so even when it rained we still went in the pool. It was delightful. Endless amount of towel usage was fantastic and bar/ food access by the pool was very convenient with the kids.

We wish they could have had more bungalows/tent for the beach available. They only had 3 for the whole hotel. It would have been great because for the day you can have shade and access to the bar/food for the day while on the beach. It didn’t stop us from going to the beach though. We wish we could have stayed longer! We would change nothing!

Breakfast a little expensive. not enough towels for our room. no extra garbage bags for bin, no clothes line, no instant coffee satchels, taps were very difficult to use, body wash pump hard to get soap out of. the pool was one of the reasons we stayed at The Langham but it was extremely windy, we could only sit there 1 day for afew hours.

도착 다음날 아이는 수영장에서 유리에 발을 다쳐 머무는 동안 해변에 들어가지도 못하고 남은여정을 어른들이 돌아가며 안고 다녔습니다. 또 객실은 청소가 제대로 되지 않아서 먼지가 날려 저녁에 취짐할때는 저와 아이가 기침을 하였습니다 호텔 측에 이와 같은 문제를 제기 했는데 그닥 적절하지 못한 대응에 실망이 큽니다.

The room was “ over the top”, the detail you put in every aspect, was remarkable. Love the cotton sheets! Bathroom was the best! Especially the oval tub! The staff are all so well trained & elegant! Thank yiu

Just need a note on door “ not to disturb”. Cleaning ladies came in while still in bed!

Don’t service rooms everyday No room service for alcohol if you stay in residences which is the upper floors. We booked thinking it was hotel not residences

Amazing facilities - lovely staff - Daniella at reception and Anna at the pool beautifully people! Pool gets sun all morning but no sun in the afternoon- suited us but might not suit some people. Had a memorable stay! Will be back.

Location and amenities are amazing!

It would be great if the inside bar would open for lunch rather than 2pm for all those with kids who done want a big restaurant mean just to snack.

The pools were busy n feels like they were understaffed. There was only 2 staff trying to accommodate everyone, they were doing their best. We didn’t get our cocktails, which we got refunded for but come summer, I feel there should be more support over there

The swimming pool is small and has no privacy from the public/pedestrians

The lobby is nice and the pool is beautiful

The view being obstructed by the poor design of the building with a giant steel frame crossing the entire view. Why pay over $1k per night for an ocean view that feels completely oppressed and unnecessarily obstructed

The opulence, sense of quiet despite multiple guests, the scent through out the entire hotel, the whole experience is and was completely worth it!

The hotel was not flexible in us booking in to the High Tea, and not flexible in us cancelling one day of breakfast buffet, I have been in other hotels that are much more flexible at catering to what the guest wants
