Very friendly staff.

Did the job. I was looking for a clean room that was large and comfy all at a reasonable price, and this did the job. The fact that the gym was more than usable was a big plus saving me time and energy looking for a gym around town and paying the extra for it. I also loved that a Metro grocery store was just on the corner, which was very convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to Victoria Markets and transport.

A cute little 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, close to Queen Victoria markets, but the aircons don't do cold that was disappointing

Pre paid for my stay although this did not help check in. Apparently I had booked under a shorten version of my first name so would not accept our stay until I changed my account details. 30 minutes later I had keys to a room. It's the worst room. A window onto the next building. Drains that smell as they have removed laundry equipment but not blocked the drains. Beds so soft you can't bounce on them. In a age when people have pronouns they identify with why am I penalised for using a shorten version of my name. The receptionist used my full name when she called me over. Stated they would not get their money unless they had proof of my full name. After such a long wait at least I should have been given a free upgrade. Also air conditioning unit on all night on next building.

Upon arrival we were told we had been upgraded so we went to 2 nd floor room with view of filthy glass roof of bar with dead pigeon and garbage after complaint we were moved to 18 th floor room that was great. Just feel that it should not happened that way to begin with.

My two week stay at Pegasus was fabulous from check in to my last day. The property was clean, well cared for and modern. My studio was very comfortable and the kitchenette very handy. The location was perfect for me and within walking distance to trams, stations, Melbourne Park, Victoria Market, restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the city. I look forward to returning!

I can’t fault this hotel. The hotel is great. Location is close to the shopping and is in a safe part of city. Service is great too. Rooms are clean and spacious.

went to use a folded clean towel after a shower and it had stains all on it, found several dark coloured hairs on pillow in bed sheets etc.
bathroom sink was all chipped and dirty. our keys didn’t work multiple times for our room and our door handle was stuck shut one night.

Not so impressed. We were initially assigned a room facing a wall so had asked to be moved which the hotel was able to accommodate. The new room was bigger but very oddly laid out. There was a big space between the bed and sofa and the TV could only be watched sitting on the sofa.
The room had an off putting smell as soon as you walked in. We eventually discovered it was the grease collecting on the fan hood above the gas range.
There was a very wet spot on the carpet next to one side of the bed which we had to lay a towel over. The garbage and recycling bins were larger bins placed in front of the long mirror. (No concealed place for them).
There was little space to put your toiletries in the washroom as the glass shelf was quite shallow.
Only the executive suites had coffee machines so we had to beg for one. I have NEVER been to a hotel with no coffee machine. In fact had stayed at 3 other hotels during our stay in Australia and all of them had coffee machines.
It will cost you $5 to wash and another $5 to dry your clothes. If you don’t have detergent, it’s another $2. The laundry room is a long narrow room with no counter space and just enough space to put your clothes in and leave. The room floor was wet the first time I used it.
Using the phone for a local call is $1 each time. Make sure you are not overcharged as we had a $27 charge on our account when we settled. Just make sure to check.
We did not use the pool area so can’t comment on that.

Great stay, close to town and the free tram. Added bonus was the pool and hot tub.

The only good thing about this stay was that the room was quiet.
Housekeeping standards varies depending on the housekeeper. One chose not to clean the dishes and refill the amenities, one did a perfect job.
Reception staff needs to be further trained.
VIP benefits not recognised with the exception of 15 AUD off parking even though there are better rooms available.

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms. Really nice pool which makes it very popular and busy with kids.

Great location with a short walk to the Flagstaff tram station, which takes you directly to Flinders St and Southbank. There is a Woollies at the end of the street, which was convenience and only one block from La Trobe St.
We booked months in advance, so was able to get a pretty good price for 4 nights during the Australian Open.
The hotel room (studio) was small, but sufficient for my stay with my daughter. The shower could do with a good clean, as there was mould around the edges that looked like it had been there for a while.
The kitchenette is an added bonus. The pool and gym looked great, although we didn't use either. The lifts are a bit of a nightmare as they take a long time!
Breakfast was overpriced in my opinion, but the one day that we did eat at the buffet, it was tasty.
Overall it was a good stay.

A very comfortable option in Melbourne. The studio apartment was sufficiently spacious for two with all expected amenities. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful ( bag storage, complimentary umbrellas etc.). The location is about 15min walk from the Mall but only 5 min from tram stops.

Really great friendly staff in a great location.

Positive: Clean in general for the room, breakfest buffet met expectation, also the hotel provides tooth brush and paste which is not common in Australia, but highly convenient for some guest with different background.
Negative: Pool is very crowded and the water was not clean. Parking is expensive and limited, onsite parking was full and we had to pay $30 to park 1 block away. given the cost of parking the car park condition and distance is hardly satisfactory. Air Con is installed against the beds which blows the air directly towards your body, tried to adjust the fan direction but did not work much.

I was really looking forward to staying here as i stayed pre covid and the quality of this hotel has really gone down.
The room had a strange sewer smell and as did our floor.
The breakfast was mediocre and not worth $28.
The hotel has a great location but i think i wouldn't stay here again. We spent over $2000 for 4 nights and it felt very budget.

We recently stayed at Pegasus Apart'Hotel and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The room conditions were below par, with a bed sheet that was not only too small but also showed clear signs of mould, raising serious hygiene concerns.
Additionally, the air conditioning system was outdated and malfunctioned throughout my stay, either blasting freezing cold air or completely ceasing to work. This inconsistency made the room uncomfortable and difficult to stay in.
What added to the disappointment was the overall lack of cleanliness in the room upon arrival, which was evident from various overlooked areas. The unstable toilet seat and the absence of a bath floor mat were also unexpected and added to the inconvenience.
To make matters worse, despite leaving the hotel earlier than planned due to these issues, there was no attempt by the hotel staff to inquire about the problems or offer any assistance. This lack of follow-up and concern for guest satisfaction was truly disappointing.
As a paying guests, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation and service. Regrettably, these multiple issues greatly affected our stay. We hope that the management takes immediate steps to rectify these problems to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the location is quite good, near the QVM market, got a supermarket and a few convenient stores nearby, walking distance to Melbourne Central Station. The staff there are very helpful.

We like staying here. Cheap. Great for families. Right near Queen Vic Market and an easy tram ride to any part of the CBD is right up the road. The first room we entered had a strong smell so they moved us to another room of the same size. U fortunately this was right above the pool and very noisy with pumps going all night in the walls. Better than the smell though. Staff are always lovely and bistro is nice.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable, right in the heart of Melbourne! Easily accessible to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Transit was easy to access. Staff were very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Very tidy and clean room and furniture and also quiet where we stayed
Communicate very poor

Service was really ordinary from the front desk. Rude, abrupt and only helpful when they really have to be.
Property is okay, room was over scented with what I suspect was an attempt to 'air fresh' the room. Smelt thick and artificial on arrival.
Breakfast was nice, but basic for a buffet. For $28 (or $20 pre booked) which does not include espresso coffee I feel is excessive for the options provided. Seemed very quiet too.
