The wild goose chase around the city to find our apartment key. The poor communication with ‘made comfy’ & rude unhelpful staff. The property was filthy, including blood on the toilet roll, cigarette butts outside our door, food on the window sill, we weren’t game enough to use anything from the kitchenette for hygiene concerns. The main bathroom door didn’t close & no plug available for our kids to use the bath tub. This over priced apartment cost us over $400 per night for a bed, with no other usable facilities. I have already sent feedback on this property & had no reply. Very disappointing to say the least.
