Great layout and plenty of space, very clean. Everything is walkable from the apartment. Really helpful member of staff when we hadn’t received our entry codes (due to credit card not having gone through - so check prior that it is confirmed)

Due to its location it is very noisy until the early hours, the double windows certainly help

The beds and sofa were comfortable. The apartment is in the city centre, close to all amenities.

There is a full kitchen but not enough equipment to cater for 4 people, let alone the 8-10 that the property is supposed to cater to - 5 plates, 4 side plates and soup bowls, one serving bowl. Cutlery - 5 knifes/forks/spoons/teaspoons. 6 sachets f tea - one opened! 4 sachets of coffee, some sugar. No basic cleaning equipment except a sponge and washing up liquid. A tiny amount of shampoo which we had to replace on day 2. One saucepan, one tiny frying pan. When we arrived, there were no hand towels, no teatowels, the carpets were not clean and neither was the bath mat. Nowhere to hang wet towels, 5 hangars on a rickety rail in the hallway. The dining table only seats 2 people.
