Situato a 5 minuti da Lime Station ed a vicinissimo a Central Station, comodo per visitare la citta'. Malgrado l'hotel sia in zona centrale la camera e' silenziosa. Ci e' stata cambiata la camera perché avevo chiesto una disabili ma quella fornita non era per disabili (la sedia a rotelle non poteva entrare in bagno a causa della porta troppo stretta). La camera e' stata prontamente cambiata ed il personale della reception e' stato gentile, disponibile e simpatico. Buono l'accesso disabili in sedia a rotelle. Si accede alla reception senza barriere architettoniche e poi bisogna prendere un montacarichi e successivamente prendere l'ascensore (ce ne sono due e sempre disponibili). Camera disabili ampia, con doccia a filo pavimento. Disponibile angolo cottura.

L'asciugacapelli era guasto, ma per noi non e' stato un problema perché non lo dovevo usare. Aggiungerei maniglione dal lato WC per facilitare i movimenti.

La atención al cliente fue espectacular, nos atendió genial un chico polaco, un trato de 10, estuvimos hablando con él de lo que hacer en Liverpool y súper agradable, un 10 con su atención.

Las camas son un poco duras, pero se puede dormir perfectamente, lo único que hacía un poco de frío en la habitación pese a poner la calefacción a tope

Great location. The staff were fantastic and welcoming.

Staff - We saw Rob on front desk almost every day where he always greeted us with a brilliant welcoming smile. He was superb and really helpful with any questions regarding our room, the aparthotel, other facilities, local haunts, directions for sightseeing especially because he's from Liverpool he has a wealth of knowledge and he'd have a quick chat about our day (if he had time) which was friendly yet professional too. A Gold Star and Thank You to Rob.

The small street outside of the entrance was a bit grubby at times and although I understand this is not the fault of aparthotel it was off putting.

Easy to find from Liverpool lime station. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities in the room.

Better pillows. , we’re very soft and only two in room.
