Personale non molto attento. Abbiamo richiesto un intervento per riparare la tendina oscurante della stanza ma non è arrivato nessuno a risolvere questo problema.

There was so much dust in the room, you could see it on all surfaces and it triggered my sons asthma, carpets not vacuumed

Lack of hair dryer the one in room was broken and we never received a replacement, the room was booked for 3 but only had 2 glasses and cups, the extra one we had were taken out the following morning.

We had a lovely room overlooking the dock. Breakfast was included which was great to have before leaving for home. Very convenient location and felt safe in the area. Car park underground was also a plus and prebooked before.

The toilet door didnt really give you that much privacy

2 things: 1. No toilet brush as "they don't provide it", which is a little bummer. 2. I asked for the double linen on our sofa bed, as I've got 2 kids with special needs and it's tricky for them to share. Unfortunately they didn't answer my message about it and didn't provide it :(

The breakfast was good ! But limited choices in comparison to your Sheffield hotel that we stayed at the previous week. Location was good. The staff were excellent. Nice cosy room good value for money.

Limited choice for breakfast eg soy yogurt, dairy free milk, fruit. I understand it was a busy time! The breakfast area could have been managed better, it was chaotic, people stood eating as they didn’t get a table before their food! I understand it was Easter holidays, the staff had to deal with people not knowing what to do eg the waffle machine! Putting croissants in the toaster! The staff were excellent at this busy time! Car park charges a little high!

Gebouw was wat gedateerd, veel lawaai van verkeer en mensen, slechte isolatie. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de dokken geboekt en kregen dat niet. Tevens waren de gordijnen kapot en waren verschillende dingen afgebroken in de kamer. Verder zat er een gat in de buitenmuur… we kregen een andere kamer, opnieuw zonder uitzicht, maar met heel veel lawaai… Ontbijt was complete chaos, niets vers, weinig keuze. Het verblijf was volledig niet naar de verhouding van de prijs : meer dan 500 pond per nacht. Echt onbegrijpelijk en nog nooit meegemaakt.

Breakfast was a disappointment. No staff around when we arrived, both coffee machines were not working, mess around waffle machine, and some dirty tables. Sofa bed uncomfortable

Room was comfortable and having breakfast included was good.

The heating system n the room was very noisy and irritating and sometimes very cold. The breakfast area could be a bit bigger as it was quite congested at times.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. The location was excellent, central for all of the local attractions.

There wasn’t any thing that we didn’t like

Great location, clean room, friendly staff at the reception. We arrived to check -in after midnight due to our delayed flight, so we were offered with the free welcome drink.

Priced well

We ordered a sofa bed when booking, while there was a sofa bed there it wasn’t made up and there was no linen. We did tell reception as we left for the day, they said they’d have it sorted upon our return. We were late returning that night, It wasn’t sorted

The Hotel is very clean; rooms comfortable for two people sharing. Also very quiet. A varied breakfast and items running low replaced all the time.

Would have preferred the hotel to be closer to Liverpool One but still within a few minutes walk. Some of the staff at the Reception desk not friendly. Otherwise nothing negative about the hotel.

The room was ideal. The staff at the lobby was friendly.

The breakfast room is small and overcrowded. It would have been great to have something other than just butter on the toast, e.g., cheese, at breakfast.

Ladies toilets on day I arrived needed attention. Only bins cleaned in the room. Beds not made, small thing but nice to come back to a made bed after a day out. I always keep rooms tidy but when staying in a hotel I expect the small things to be taken care of.

The bed was a small for adults and two teenagers. The stuff was not helpful… The breakfast wasn’t good.

It was my second stay at this hotel. It is located a short distance from the docks and has a gym, which my son likes. Breakfast is good; I prefer to eat early, as it gets very busy.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. Prior to the visit I messaged the hotel and asked not to set up sofa as I only want it to seat on it, but my request wasn’t respected.

Proximity to Albert dock/ Liverpool one. Parking on site.

The location

The parking wasnt accessible for a transporter vechile so we had to park outside which was horrible as we didint know the liverpool and how safe it would be and had to pay high price for parking. Breakfast was mental too small for amount of people and first day run out of loads of food and had tk wait 20mins for fresh. With 2 children its hard work. Sofa bed mega uncomfortable

Het ontbijt was een scene uit een horrorfilm. Veel te veel gasten, zelf het fust opgeruimd. Alles smerig, koffieapparaat was zo smerig, koffie maar overgeslagen. Slechts één dame die deed wat ze kon. Geen of veel te weinig personeel. Alles op of te weinig. Er was zelfs geen bestek meer. Gasten zaten van armoede in de lobby te eten. Overal vuile borden en afval. Wij reizen al ruim 20 jaar maar dit was het slechtste wat we ooit hebben meegemaakt@
