Pillows were awful

Location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and the general atmosphere of the hotel was very nice.

The shower wasn’t very powerful.

Bed was comfy, location was ideal. All amenities were available in the room: kettle, iron etc which we were grateful for.

The bathroom was a little dirty and dated, this could have been improved, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent design, cleanliness, and comfort. Staff all excellent. Was a pleasure being there, will recommend.

Nothing everything was great all the way down to the breakfast.... the staff were 2nd to none so I liked everything about being there...

Location - we were visiting M & S arena so it was ideal!

We like everything, our stay was a simple overnight stay and it was perfect.

The location was excellent, right on Albert docks & only a short walk to the town and local attractions .

The staff were rude, the rooms were tiny and mould in the bathroom

Amazing location, friendly staff. I put in the notes when booking the hotel we were coming for my partners birthday celebration, to our surprise when we got into the room they had decorated with balloons and writing in the mirror and gave us a room with an amazing view! They even went the extra mile and kindly gave us some drinks tokens to spend in the bar as to say Happy Birthday. Little gestures like this make you feel even more appreciated as a customer. A stones throw away from the M&S Bank Arena and close to the local amenities of Liverpool (including Liverpool one and a variety of bars and restaurants). The bar was great and breakfast was fab. We will DEFINITELY be returning!

Staff was friendly courteous and always willing to help.

There was a bit of damp in the room which we reported as the carpet on the let hand side of the bed was getting wet

The staff were friendly. The beds were comfy and room was spotless.

The hot breakfast was a bit cold but there was a good choice.

room was really well decorated and clean, reception area and rest of the hotel were nice and clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly whenever we needed assistance.

bath was really small, but this didnt really bother us as we were just staying for a night, all of the other facilities were perfect so not a huge complaint. the bathroom had a loud water tank that was quite loud but bearable with the door closed

View from my room was exceptional. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk-in shower.

Breakfast was very disappointing. All the fried eggs had crunchy brown bits around the edge and on the underside. Bacon was hard and over-cooked.

All staff especially young gentleman on reception were very friendly and helpful .Open reception area , lounge,bar and restaurant very pleasant and airy . Hotel excellently placed for all areas near to Albert Dock.

fabulous location, gorgeous decor and an amazing view from the room!

very tired room, i expected a much higher standard. cold breakfast. for the price, my expectations were way higher
