El transporte al aeropuerto. Habitación cómoda, con amenities que hacen muy agradable la estadía.

El personal del valet parking. Grosero, con cero trato de amabilidad. Se cree personal de tránsito y te amenaza con colocarte una "multa" por dejar un momento el vehículo en frente del hotel para descargar las maletas.

We had a layover from 11pm - 6am, we'd already been flying for hours, we were tired and hungry and not interested in sleeping on the floor at the airport - so we booked a room super last minute. They have a 24hr shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant closes at 11:45pm but a ton of people order uber eats at all hours of the night and that works well. We were only there to sleep for a couple hours but it was exactly what we needed.

The walls seem super thin and, as an airport hotel, you will hear lots of coming and going and partying at all hours.

Extremely poor customer service. No hot water (which can happen, of course) and front desk staff told me to come down and get another room. Had to pack (11:15pm), got to the front desk just to be told by a so-called ´manager’ that the hot water would come back in 30 min. Told him that he should have informed the other employees in order to avoid clients coming down to change room (I wasn’t the only one). His response: « if you do not stop I will ask you to leave the property ». I have travelled the world and I never experienced anything like this at a hotel. Never. There are plenty of other hotels close to LAX. Do yourself a favour and stay away from the Sheraton Getaway until they understand what good customer service is.

Just outside of LAX, yet the room was generally quiet. Modern amenities in room. Good wi-fi, and plenty of USB ports and outlets in room. Complementary airport shuttle a plus.

The common areas and hallways were in dire need of renovation. Hallway noise easily heard in rooms. Check in is after 4pm.
