The staff were great.

This motel is a dump. Some things about my room-> -Was given a “smoke-free” room which had an unbearable smell of smoke. -Room was disgustingly dirty -Flush on toilet got stuck every time it was used, cause water to continue to run. -Cockroaches in the room -Bed sheets were very dirty with visible stains that appeared to be blood. -Pieces of the carpet were missing in places causing me to cut my foot on the floor.

Clean and quiet. The desk staff was very helpful with any questions we had n the supervisor made sure our needs were meet since we're disable.

Some housekeepers do not greet, never ask if we need anything.. Some avoided our questions. Room service didn't clean room correctly. Our Room had an odor from the carpet

Receptionist made us wait for checking in, I see customers back and forth asking that their keys and cable are not working, bathroom is dirty, heater is not working. I ended up looking for a new place to stay because I am not going to wait any longer my family is tired from travel in a filthy not functional room and unhelpful receptionist.

The no smoking room stinks like cigarette

Staff is rude roaches in the room it was nasty ice machine never worked
