Es céntrico, el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones muy cómodas, el desayuno estaba delicioso
El agua de la alberca estaba muy fría, no logramos hacer que funcionara el TV de la habitación

La decoración del lugar. El trato del personal, la limpieza, los detalles de la habitación, el desayuno es rico también.
La alberca estaba demasiado fría. Me metí a las 3 pm con pleno sol pero no era soportable para mi y para varios huéspedes.

El hotel está muy bonito lleno de plantas muy lindo y tiene excelente ubicación y estacionamiento
Que el baño de la habitación no tenía ventilación y la humedad y aromas salían al cuarto, que la alberca estaba heladisima

Very good location and service, nice pool and look of the whole place.
We had at one night a lot of noise outside that interrupted our sleep multiple times.

All the staff members were very helpful in accommodating our needs. They really took care of us and they went all the way to make us happy. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
Unfortunately there are few dogs across the street that are barking for most of the night making it difficult to sleep. The next day, the front desk lady changed us into another room far away from the street and we were able to sleep and relax without any more issues.

Great location, jacuzzi tub and good breakfast served.
The price was somewhat high. They took us at the last minute and there was an electric outage during our stay.

The staff was great, super nice and helpful
bed was very comfy.
The free parking is awesome and they allow you to extend that even after checkout whenever possible.
Breakfast wasn’t great and the hotel was noisy in the mornings, wasn’t able to sleep in on Sunday since the where using some type of leaf blower at 8am.
