Very nice Restaurant with nice staff and food. The room was very nice with a chimney inside and a view into the woods. Very relaxing atmosphere and a nice spa with pool and sauna. Breakfast very big portions for one person.

They didn't want to give us a discount for booking in advance a room again. They can improve the basketball and sport area. The field is already prepared but it's missing the goals.

The room was ok, but the tiled floors makes it cold and not inviting for a romantic stay. I expected a cozy and warm room but it wasn’t. It’d be great if they could change the flooring to wood or at least put some mats.

The place is like a retreat in the woods Awesome views, great pool, amazingly tranquil. Highly recommend this place if you want a get away

The amenities were not open; restaurant Temazcal, hot tub But the place is amazing and it’s a short drive to town, to get food

The surrounding nature was extremely beautiful.

Rooms were very basic and not greatest conditions. Restaurant food was pretty bad. Spa options too expensive.

They had a lot of rooms and did not offer the best one in the ranking of the price we payed. The room had no hand towels and we asked for wood and asked if the fire could be turned on while we were having dinner. They said yes at the reception and when we got back there was no fire and no wood in our room, the response was that they could not turn the fire on if we were not in the room. That is fine, but why didn’t they say this at the beginning?
