There was no refrigerator in the room

Everything was exceptional. loved every single moment in the resort. Personnel is ultra kind!! Rooms are in great condition. Enjoyed a lot and will schedule my next trip there as well.

The view from the room was perfect also the food was great.

Didn't like because first the money who I pay is to much for this tipe of hotel 4 stars are to much for this hotel,second kids entertainment was very boring,the play area outside have only two swings who was very danger for use because the facility itself was attached to two trees to keep it from collapsing also have two sandbox full with grass and the kids can't play there,also the staff on the bar doesn't was very friendly

Very good location, the staff was helpful and attentive, kids entertainment staff very good.

The room/apartment is in a very urgent need of refurbishment, the bathroom was falling apart, the curtains were ripped, not sure if the fridge was in working order.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was enough space for a baby travel cot. Food and drinks were of good quality for the money. Facilities were clean. Very close to the beach. There is a playground for kids next to the pool and bar. Wi-Fi connection through out the whole place was of a very good quality and definitely good enough for remote work.

Nothing really. The quality was expected for the price point and I didn't think there was a cheap out in any aspect. As an improvement suggestion maybe more and more interesting food options but that doesn't mean that what was available was not good.

The staff in the Restaurant is great and very friendly. Front desk staff are nice too. The location is good for the Beach but is quite a walk to the village. Lozenets village itself is lovely and plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops

We stayed here for 3 days. Bear in mind I'm talking about 4☆ Hotel that coast 200lv / night The food is not great for All inclusive Not much of a choice either I mean it was really poor. I didn't see any other restaurant in the building if you dont want to eat in the All inclusive one. So you end up having nothing to eat. No Room service Very disappointed The rooms are basic and not maintained at all. Broken wardrobes, bathroom and balcony doors The shower wasn't working properly. Some lights didnt work. Room didn't get cleaned once, only bin got changed once. There were stains on the blankets. There is no safe, kettle, water, tea and coffee or iron in the room. The fridge is empty and turned off. There is nothing to do in the hotel. No entertainment. You have to take your own luggage from your car to your room??!!! For 200lv at night is not worth it
