The spacious unit, the breakfast hampers and the location. A good choice for a 3 night stay.

The front desk clerk (Laura) was rude and with an attitude.

Well where do you start on arrival we were promptly shown the car park entrance and our room (check in was mobile before arrival). The apartment was fantastic, 2 good size bedrooms, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. The exterior is an old brickwork but internally it was new, clean and easy to use. A generous food hamper was provided with cereals, Eggs, bread, buns, jams & associated biscuits, tea bags, coffee & Hot chocolate. While not expecting it the room was serviced each day & the hamper refreshed with what was used. Shower had very good pressure and a hot rack to dry towels on. It was 5 minutes walk to train station to Edinburgh,. It had everything we needed & more. Linlithgow is also a lovely village/town.

Absolutely Nothing all was excellent.

Room was outstanding and location was fantastic for easy and quick train to Edinburgh and Glasgow without the hassles of staying in those cities.

Led lights and trying to work them out how to out off etc. dirty fitted sheet no duvet or bed made upstairs had to ask and got cheek of an arguementitive lady receptionist, then had to phone to ask for towels cause only 1 hand towel and was abruptely told " well thete should be " ! There was brown splashes on the toilet wall it hadnt been clean for us going in !
