The location was perfect and it had everything I needed for my short stay.

There was no in house parking.

the property was not clean. The couch was dirty and smelt. Could not sit on the couch. It was a 5 night stay for 2 people, only 2 tea bags were provided. All of the cutlery, plates and cups were soiled. The property had a terrible smell to it. The shower did not work properly. We felt like we could not get clean as everything was so dirty. The property had free cancellation but I was unable to get through to bookings the week before so was left with paying for dates that we did not stay there.

The apartment stank of cigarette smoke despite no smoking policy on the door. When we tried to air the place by turning on the aircon, the aircon remote was covered in grime and finger stains. Ants running along bathroom.

Can’t fault the location of the property, it’s just a few minutes walk from the Main Street and all the main venues which is nice and convenient

The fact that there is no on-site car parking despite when we booked it was advertised as having it and at the property there is a car parking space for this property! You get multiple keys with no labelling on them so you have to fumble around trying to get it each time. The front door to the apartment had gouges in it and were masked by some black duct tape - the lock from the inside had one screw holding it in place so was being held on with a lot of blue tac. The whole apartment is sparsely furnished and therefore should be easy to maintain cleanliness however, the sofa had mysterious white stains on it, cigarette burns in the carpet - despite there being a no smoking rule! We found a cigarette butt at the foot of the bed, a vape in the fridge and the whole place stunk of weed so all the windows were left open trying to mask the smell, the window in the kitchen is missing it’s winder handle so doesn’t close fully, 2 lamps in the lounge had graphic drawings on and extremely hard to miss and not a pleasant sight when you’re basically welcomed by them. Just feels there is no care in the management or upkeep of this property. All in all we found it very underwhelming and will not be returning.

Location was great! And the bed was very comfortable.

It would be helpful to have a microwave in the kitchen

Property was excellent, great communication from the owner via text to explain very well how to pick up the keys and enter the apartment. Was a little noisy because of very close proximity to the pub right outside the property but it was quiet by midnight 👍

Great shower and very good wi fi and added bonus if washing machine.

The location was excellent

There is no outdoor area or even done chairs to take outside , and also a microwave would be a great idea to have in the kitchen
