1.早餐滿豐盛的,但主菜始終就是變化不大 2.交通很方便距離中央車站很近 而且面對UTS建築物很美

1.原本訂的是一張大床但結果是兩張單人床拼起來的,所以中間有縫隙不舒服! 2. 沒有四星級價值,周邊服務並不多 3. 因為整棟全部被其他大樓包圍住,視野不好,我住10天希望能到更高樓層,但也只能給6樓,每天面對著辦公大樓真是不理想

Housekeeping is very patchy. Don’ t top up coffee, tea etc. shower was broken. Only local Australian tv channels, the worst.

Such a comfy bed, very friendly and helpful staff. It was my first time in Sydney and they gave me excellent directions and recommendations

Comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast, barista coffee available and really good scrambled egg - a rarity for a hotel buffet.

Room was so grey - I know it is fashionable and calm but I find it depressing. No bath. For this price point I would expect a bath as well as shower. Stain mark on the sofa in the room. Sink drained slowly, needs blockage cleaned out.

I phoned asking for complimentary parking, was denied. Caught the train, but then on arrival I was offered complimentary parking, go figure!!

We chose this particular hotel location mainly for work purposes. Breakfast was average. The rooms were big, nice and clean but it would have been even better if the hotel provided bedroom slippers upon check-in. We had to call and request for Guest Services to bring them up. Plus point: there is a fantastic gelato place just down the street from the hotel!

Shame the room service wasn't available after 9:30pm.

It is convenient for us catching up with family. The eateries in Chippendale have great variety and are very good.

Locked out until 3pm but like can stay to 11am Membership scheme is a bit messy and I have given up.

Our room was comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay - the bed was nice to sleep on. We included a buffet breakfast in our stay, and it was really good. Everything looked fresh and was hot. Walking distance to late night takeaway shops. All the staff were polite and made us feel welcome.

Limited parking for check-in. Was not aware you can go straight to their carpark and park first. Also, google took us to Broadway but not to the street where we could access the carpark, so we had to try and find it ourselves. Would've been good if the handheld shower hose was able to be positioned in a higher position.

Lovely room, clean facilities. Staff were friendly. Decent breakfast. We didn't get to explore the rest of the hotel as we were there for a quick stay. We were grateful our ute could fit in the 2.2m car park.

Always prefer a double mattress over two singles but the mattress was still decent.
