Maybe they can make changes to their parking as stated that there are free parking however when I entered the car park is full and I couldn’t find a parking.

The hotel staff was polite and understanding.

This hotel is run down. When entering your floor with the elevator you immediately smell a musty, moldy smell. The carpet on the floor should have been removed ten years ago. The room was very very moist, there were black moisture stains in the sofa, even the towels in the bathroom had a really bad smell because it was so moist. The bathroom was not clean, there were stains on the toilet and in the bathtub, and there were hairs from the previous guests. The aircon in the room did not work properly, it could only be set on a freezing temperature, and it did not make the air drier. I had some wet clothes hanging in the room to dry overnight but they stayed as wet as the day before. After one night I asked the hotel staff if I could switch to another room, they were very understanding and arranged another room for me. In this room the bathroom was a bit more clean but the moist problem was the same. The towels also smelled bad here, so again I requested fresh towels. Because I already made a payment before my holiday I stayed the second night. Luckily I had booked only two nights here, if not I would have looked for another hotel.

Room pool

Breakfast have many choices till my stomach so full loaded. The pool are superb but miss out to try the other pool side with playground. The beach is fine. We even tried horse riding. It was fun. The kids playland a little bored because of age barrier, my kids refused to go for second time. The superior are comfortable and feel like slight bigger than deluxe, I think.
