Pool etwas dreckig und grün

Loved our room location and size. We were room 8 and were so impressed with it. Shower head wasn’t great but everything else worked perfectly. Loved the view from the pool too and how quiet it was. We were aware it was away from the beach and restaurants so hired a scooter every day and it worked well for us.

The pool loungers aren’t what’s shown in the photos and were quite uncomfortable. The pool steps are also such a hazard. I cut open my toes whilst in the pool as I swam past, it is very dangerous for children who can’t climb in and out of the sides like adults can. We raised it with staff but they reacted like they’ve heard it 100 times before (which I’m sure they have) so it’s really the owners that need to do something. The kitchen area is also in need of some serious TLC but fine if you’re seasoned campers/outdoor cookers. Very basic and a bit grimy but does the job.

The location is quite centered from most of the places of interests, and just mere 10 minutes away from the airport and Pantai Cenang or 15 minutes away from Pantai Tengah. We love the environment at the property, calm and serene with lots of natural scenery. The host is very friendly and check in process was prompt without any problems, especially when the property was booked through Booking.com. We only had to present our IC and fill in a simple form and we're all set. Room was cozy enough for the room rate, not those dodgy type of room. Decor was fantastic and air-conditioning was working very well. The amenities are also very complete.

Location wise, though is good but it gets quite difficult to grab some food around as there are no convenient stores nearby and very few restaurants. We had to resort to ordering food via Foodpanda most of the time when we are staying in. There were a few mosquitoes roaming in the room as our room was facing the farm and our window could not be shut tightly.

So this "hotel" offers a box spring on a bed frame -- No matrress! Quite unbelieveable. Oh... andno remote for the tv as well. The flooring in the common eating area is rottem. The pool is grumgie. Still contemplating this place,,,???

Love the holiday cottage - the surrounding is beautifully kept. Location is good. In the middle of tourist attraction venues, thus every to go whichever venues needed. The reception is very-very helpful. Thank you very much to her hardwork in ensuring our stay enjoyable.

Almost everything is good except : 1) Toilet in the main bedroom - ensuite bathroom is not working properly - emitting a very bad odor - However the maintenance team did fix-it and work fine after that. 2) Ants in the bedrooms - as we stayed in 2 bedrooms unit. 3) The stairs pool - need to be repaired. Its very sharp.

Noises of neighbours can be heard

The whole layout of the property was really cute and instagrammable with white cottages. There is a communal kitchen and dining space but some guests didn’t clean up after themselves so it was quite dirty. You can get a view of sunrise at the pool area. There is a water dispenser in front of the reception space. Plenty of yard space for car parking as well. Overall recommended for a low budget stay!

I booked a room for four pax (2 queen sized beds) but we only got one key card so that was a little difficult to coordinate. The wooden planks on the path from the entrance to all the rooms are uneven so you have to be extra careful not to trip/stub your toe (kids beware!).

The condition of the room was subpar. (broken door lock, bathroom door did not close properly, etc) The staff was extremely unprofessional, did not speak English, tried to charge me 3x more than the rate and did not refund my security deposit. They had to transfer me the deposit later. Location was hard to find as the sign on the road is very small
