I was upgraded to the club level as my room wasn't ready.

Rooms are in need of refurbishment as they are starting to look old.

The bed and pillows were amazing! The whole hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, The service team were friendly and attentive. I was upgraded to a suite which was much appreciated (as a solo female traveller this is rare). I would love to stay here again, highly recommend.

The parking was $30 a day and was a bit clumsy: had to get vouchers from reception and the entry/exit points were a bit confusing.

Pool area was fantastic and well set up with plenty of Sun loungers. Rooms were large, clean and well maintained. Location is great.

Outside is tired but the interior well and truly makes up for it.

Easy to get to. The lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful & so empathetic towards the reason for our stay & even gave us a bottle of red wine. Didn't catch her name but she had beautiful red hair & glasses- the sweetest lady ever💖

We stayed here after sadly attending a family members funeral. Apparently we were upgraded to a club room but didn't get club access & the room was worse than what we originally paid for so it wasn't exactly a "upgrade" We paid for a river view room but our view was of the cooling towers (see photos) which were so noisy all night & the lock on the door kept making a strange noise all night which kept us awake. When we checked out the man at the desk was confused because the system said we were there for 2 nights but it was confirmed we only booked 1 night. I was charged x2 for valet parking which the manager rectified and gave us free valet parking for our awful stay. Wouldn't call it valet parking when our new range rover was just parked along the wall right where all the other cars come and go & the car wasn't put in the basement like we were told it would be.

Location, on-site parking, and room was a good size with a comfortable bed bathroom. It was a good size with a separate bath and shower, a huge mirror and countertop. View was looking over Heated pool, tennis court and i suspect a pool bar.

Probably the onsite parking was not easy to navigate, there are two levels but from what i can work out your can only access each level from different sides of the hotel, so you can't just go in one entrance and access the next level.

Hyatt was value for money and exceeded our expectations. Specially breakfast was a decent spread. Room and Beds were quite comfortable for a Family of 4. Not many hotels have the option for all 4 to stay in one room. Loved it!

There could be more activities to keep the kids busy.

Good sized room with a comfy bed. It's close to the city and river. Bar food was good, but I didn't use the cafe/restaurant so cannot report on that.

Pillows were a bit too big and there was no choice to swap them around. Could hear noises from the atrium and other rooms, but it wasn't overwhelming. Bar staff were a bit uninterested in their customers. Getting out of the carpark was not easy. I'm not sure if I didn't listen to all the instructions about how to use my parking voucher at the gate, but it turns out there are two gates and I had a queue behind me at each one while I tried to work out what to do. Had to use the help button in the end and wait a long time until someone answered.

Good choice at breakfast- very friendly chefs. Lovely pianist in the afternoons. Shuttle bus right outside hotel.

The fact that it took me two emails of complaint during our stay to get a response from customer care.., being told a member of management would be in touch. They never were. Upon checkout we again told staff we were not contacted, as promised. A lower member of management came to see us and told us once again that managers would be in touch about our disappointing/highly embarrassing and appalling treatment. Still waiting. Terrible communications Terrible way to treat guests Won’t stay again!!!! Which is a shame as it could have been handled very differently and we would have been content. To top it off.,getting served desert wine twice in the lobby bar when I asked for a Pino G.

Had to ring twice for room service updates, food was cold. Property took out $300 twice, second one when the first one was already completed. Expected me to wait 6 days for it to be returned

The sauna had been peed in. And I payed for a 2nd night to go from 6th to 8th floor double the price but there was no bath in the room!

Perfect location to get to Optus Stadium. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel even though there is refurbishment going on at the moment.

There was nothing negative to note.

The space and the comfort. Pool and sauna were so relaxing.
