It was very clean and comfortable, we loved staying there, great location and friendly staff, will definitely be back

Layout. Views of the harbour. Large balcony. Two bathrooms which included a hairdryer in each - something I've not experienced before. Kitchen very well equipped and really comfortable bed. Cleanliness was of a high standard. Good choice of restaurants within a few minutes walking distance but a little noisey at the weekend.
More coffee pods or instructions how we could purchase more. Better instructions for use of coffee pot - these were very much faded out on the pot. No balcony loungers if needed. However, we only had sun a couple of hours early morning.

Wendy went above expectations to help us with our additional requests. Views were amazing, rooms were spotless and comfortable. Had everything we needed there
Finding the parking and room with after hours check in was a little bit tricky. Although they were very clean, bathrooms could do with a freshen up

This property is in the middle of the Newquay Precinct at the Docklands. Walking distance to all necessities and a 1 minute walk to the free trams. The apartment is on the top level with a huge balcony overlooking the water. Every amenity you could possibly need is available for an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable King sized bed, large open dining/lounge area, separate laundry & fully equipped kitchen with an oven and full sized fridge. Also a single fold out bed available and pedestal fans in the bedroom wardrobe. The place was spotless on arrival & we hope to return again.
Nothing! The lounge suite is perhaps a little worn out; although still clean & comfortable! The bedroom was very warm over night but we used a fan.

The view from the balcony was exceptional as it had a waterfront view with all the other buildings. Easy access to near by convenient stores and cafes. The main CBD shopping complex is about a 15 min tram ride. 5-10 min tram to the casino. Great restaurants along the dock with a large variety to choose from. Bottle shops less than a min walk away.
Overall it was pretty clean. However, some parts of the apartment had blu tac to stick some things together. For example, the main bed head was stuck to the wall by blu tac. The recycling bin was in an inconvenient location on the ground floor, (it was confusing to find.)

Beautiful spacious apartment that is well maintained. Perfect location and most importantly, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Easy to access and good facilities
Asked to be placed in apartments close together but instead were in 2 separate buildings. Had to pay an additional $1000 at property as a security deposit incase we had a noise complaint after already paying $2000 to stay there.

Large lounge/dining for six adults. Private three bedroom, king size bed and pillow’s comfortable.
Stayed in the Boyd Appointment Building. Great hot water.
Staff very helpful on check in and prompt when we had trouble with TV. Close to Trams.
Fridge was a little tricky to get to, was inside a cupboard.

Wonderful apartment, close to everything, eg, tram stops, amazing restaurants, Woolies. It was so clean and inviting, bed was very comfortable, easily accessible, great views. Could not fault anything with this stay. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10 from us.

The unit was good and clean, Comfy bed and kitchen. View of mariner was nice. Convenient location with easy access to city via trams or on foot. Good variety of cafe and dining in close proximity for quality food and beverage. Easy access parking onsite.
Noisy pipes in unit when bathroom in use. Some of the furniture and fixings within unit were in need of maintenance repairs. Television network setup was antiquated, not that it bothered me but the kids weren’t to happy with it. Could not find coffee pods for machine only two pods supplied and not available in any local stores.

the shower bath in the main bathroom. the step into the shower is quite wide and high and the bath spout is located on the wall crossing the bath so you hit your leg on it. no good for people with problem knees etc but the ensuite is fine

The apartment was in a great location, easy walk to restaurants and a handy little IGA store. The views were fantastic, especially at night,,,seeing all the lights etc, it was lovely sitting on the balcony relaxing with a glass of wine, The beds were also very comfortable too.

Great location - tram stop right out the front. Very close to Southern Cross Station 15min walk or 5min ($10 Uber) ride.
Great view of the harbour. Very spacious 2 bed / 2 bathroom. Foxtel was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Parking space was small...it would be a struggle to get a big vehicle in there. But, this is often the case with apartment parking. It is not the fault of the staff
