location was superb. the property was clean. In a highly residential area. safe.

The beds were very comfortable. Perfect set up for 2 friends. Great location close to train station.

It could have been a little cleaner in the living area. Could do with a dining table maybe. We couldn't get hot water in the kitchen sink.

Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Walking to food stall, 5 mins to Havelock MRT 👍, good facilities with comfortable chairs outside, free hot drink and snacks, morning Danish too.

Due to the rain, we have been bitten by mosquitoes, sitting outside the front courtyard. I think spray often will help especially plants around. I hate mosquitoes, they eat me alive !!

The apartments are in a terrific location, just a few minutes walk to the Havelock train station which basically takes you anywhere in the city. The bed was also incredibly comfortable.

The apartment was quite unclean with stains on the walls, food on the floor, hair in areas. The gym was in an unusable state with some of the machines broken or barely working, and honestly quite disappointing. Washing machines were almost always out of order. Pool looks like a lap pool in photos but it's incredibly small.

The place was quite and safe the staffs were friendly

Not really but the living room had little insects in the table... And the mattress n the pillows were little less comfy

Bathroom and shower a little small. Shower in particular. Also rooms quite noisy at night, can hear guests in other rooms.

Right next to an MRT Station (Subway) which made it a great "home base" for exploring Singapore. Nearby is a 7-Eleven (24/7 market), 2 temples and a food court. If you walk 10 minutes southwards, you'll find the Tiong Bahru Food Centre which is superb to enjoy Singapore Food Culture. The area is relativly quiet and green. The hotel is perfect if you travel with children which usually is quite difficult in Singapore. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpfull.

A Chromecast dongle for the TV's would be a cheap and usefull upgrade.

Location was great (near brand new MRT, food court, coffee shop, supermarket, shopping centre, river). Staff were really helpful, rooms comfortable - especially the beds). swimming pool perfect was to start or end day.

Could have been a bit cleaner - not too bad but definitely room for improvement.

Good location. Just about 5 mins walk to Havelock MRT. (Exit 3 from the station) . Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable for staying and suitable for working. Complimentary coffee and snacks at the foyer.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for the third person in a one bedroom unit. The spring can be felt when lying down.

Unit was nice sitting area plus bedroom and 2 bathrooms but small and a little dark, Singapore is expensive for accommodation so you get less size for your money, but overall it was a good stay short walk to Havelock metro, one stop to Great world city shopping, can also walk there. roof top pool good but small. Hawkers centre close by hotel for food, easy safe walking area.

Small and dark. The price was a bit much, I think AUD 180 a night would be correct pricing.

We were a couple in our 60s with mum 86 (in a wheelchair) and son 28 (handicapped from a climbing accident). Having an apartment meant we could be together. The kitchenette meant we could get our own breakfast and 1 meal a day without going out. The location was convenient for shops and transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location , you can reach everything interesting in the city by MRT in minutes. Beds were comfy.

Walls in the room need to be repainted, during the rain one the windows was leaking in the corner. Pool is closed early at 19:00 - can't visit in the evening.

Rooms are big and has actual windows.Sofa Bed is too soft.Cleaniness is moderate.I booked for 3 but they prepare for room for 2.Roomservice once/week is not good.Need may be every 3-4 days

Room service, Sofa Bed Kitchen cleaness Range hood and slpashes are oily to use.I didnt use them Coffe and water facility is less for 3 persons
